The order at Dominos was placed at 8:59pm on 1st April 2022. the order was pre paid for 1000rs and confirmed by the restaurant and Swiggy. Then there was silence for one and half hour. no response on 'HELP' chat, that kept repeating that the order will deliver by 9:29pm despite us messaging at 10:30pm. They kept telling to call a certain number but that number was always busy. at 10:33 we get a notification that the order is out for delivery with a tracking ID personally sent on message by Dominos with a delivery partner. The order is trackable and is shown to be delivered in 11 min. This all is happening at 10:37pm( 1 hour and 39 min after the order was placed.) At 11:10pm, again we start to call the delivery partner but he never picks up the call, chat with Swiggy is non-conclusive and there is no other way to contact authority. After insistently calling the delivery partner more than 30 times, most of the calls were being cut but never answered. Then when checking the tracking ID, it is suddenly unavailable. Our entire prepaid order has no way to be reached. After another 10 repeated calls the doorbell finally rings at 11:35pm and the delivery partner acts clueless as if nothing has occurred. He claims to be some other person than the one assigned and claims he'll get the prepaid money refunded in 45 min. We refuse to accept the order after a 2 hour 40 min delay . As of now, 11:54, we still haven't been able to contact Swiggy nor got a refund
