And money was deducted but order was not placed in dominos app plz provide the refund of deducted money

    Had ordered through a food delivery app and paid through the app. Upon delivery i was given an invoice which showed that I owe them more money.

        On the 3rd of May 2022, I have ordered Pizza from Domino's through Zomato app. Once the order was delivered, when I was checking the order details, found that one of the item was incorrectly delivered. Below are my order details
        1 - Medium Farmhouse Pizza
        1- 5 Pepper Pizza Regular
        1- Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread
        2- Dips

        Instead of the 5 Pepper Pizza, I have received some Chicken Non Veg Pizza. I have raised my complaint through Zomato, who opened a ticket with Domino's on 3rd of May 2022 ( Ticket # 2612900) Order ID # 88, and have not received any call backs from Zomato or Domino's until now. I have not yet received any refund on my incorrect order that was delivered.

          I had went to dominos pizza and order margarita pizza.
          They have sent link of payment in my mobile number.
          I paid Rs 114 through paytm.
          They said we have not received as reciept not generated.
          So again i paid.
          So paid twice.
          Please refund my money

            Rude staff behaviour wen asked to clean tables. Are we supposed to eat on dirty tables or clean ourselves?
            Wen requested, the girl at the counter refused to clean & said we dnt have time. How can u treat customers like this. Taking customers for granted.

              I went to order pizza at the store but the lady at the counter refused to accept the order saying "they don't have change of 500/-" . Staff behaviour was unacceptable. Highly disappointed.

                Today I have ordered Domino's onion pizza 4 Nos through zomato app and paid the Amount of Rs 276 via upi.
                But when the delivery boy came to deliver my order he charged me Extra Rs 16 as cash. When I refuse to pay and told him that I have already paid through zomato he said you have to pay Rs 16 otherwise you can't get your order.
                This is very disappointing behavior by domino's as I already paid entire amount to zomato then why he forced me to pay extra.
                I am very very unhappy with domino's and decided to not order any food from domino's in future.
                Hope this type of negligence not happening in future with other customers. 😡

                    I visited Dominos outlet on 28th March, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 778/- towards the order via ICICI Bank online payment. On 22nd April, 2022 I got the message again of deduction of same amount - Rs. 778/- from my ICICI Bank account and this time I haven't visited the Dominos outlet nor given any order from Dominos. This is an unauthorized transaction done by Dominos and they are not ready to accept it.

                            Few days back I ordered from Dominos pizza app & the payment of ₹1323 from my account was debited & order was failed. As per the staff working in dominos informed that we receive the payment on same day. It’s been 3 days I haven’t received any.

                              On 25th March, I tried placing an order on the domino's app, due to which Rs. 565 were deducted from my account twice and the order didnt get placed. Its been more than 10 days and I havent gotten any refund.

                              Please refund my amount of Rs 1130 (565+565) as soon as possible.

                              I contacted domino’s through mail and call but no help.

                                Date of the incident- 20th April 2022
                                Client number - our order number was 192 and the client number for the carry bag was 205.
                                We went to dominos to pick up the order and asked the attendant to provide us with the carry bag, he replied "that carry bag will be chargeable for 10 rupees".
                                We said it's not allowed to charge for carrying bags with or without a logo both.
                                He told us to check online that it's chargeable. When we told him to make the bill for the carry bag he tried making an excuse saying there is not enough staff to manage today so we requested again to make the bill. He finally made us a bill costing 10 rupees for the paper bag. Which was assigned as order number 205.
                                We would request a refund from the following branch and also make sure that this should not happen again at any branch.

                                  I am the employee of the domino's pizza . Myself ashu sharma. Employee code -974644. Store code - 66005 .
                                  Concern - claim on mr. Reegen ken (rgm)regarding not understand my duty abilities timing . Specially force for doing full time shift . I available 4 hours for company . So rgm said to present resign on 28/03/2021 . From 28/03/2021 to till date manager could not processed my resign process . I am not able for doing work with company or not got cleared bcoz of mr. Reegan ken . Kindly take action regarding that . I request to the organization that kindly change my store instead of rdc then i able to work with company or kindly done my full n final process .

                                        I have ordered pizza on 5th April and afterwards i have received a Free pizza coupon code from Domino's itself in the same chat where confirmation for the order is received, there it is written that this could is valid for next 14 days and earlier it was applicable and now it's showing INVALID. This is totally unacceptable.
