I have order dominos pizza from sector 82, dominos store and ask for delivery after 45 minutes and 2-3 members in the store had picked phone in different time and misbehaving.

As per their word, dominos is a brand and no body is listening customer here. If need pizza then keep quite and wait whenever it will come eat.

Feedback and query session on app is very very worst and no use

    I ordered a pizza on 11th October 2021 at 7:15 pm or so. i have raised a complaint many times. each time they call and say they'll check it and the refund will be issued within a few days. Fast forward to January 2022. the order is still pending. i have received neither the pizza nor the refund.

      I have ordered pizza, sides and beverages cost 711. After entering otp in in payment page it shown an error message. I tried once more and entered otp again. Once again 711 got deducted from my credit card. But order not placed. Please find the screen shot for amount deducted from my credit card. Please do necessary to credit my amount back to my credit card.

          I placed the order of 1 pizza mania-paneer and onion and 1 pizza mania- onion and the payment was made through gpay and the amount was also debited from my account and after that the order was not accepted/confirmed.

            Dear team,

            For over a decade now, my family and I meet up once every quarter for a Domino's pizza night. And we always preferred your brand over Pizza hut for your distinct taste and consistency. I'm sorry to say that the last three orders have been nothing but a disappointment. Orders made by us individually across three districts have also not been upto mark. To say we are disappointed won't be enough. We're heartbroken that our favourite brand of pizza has dropped really low on their quality.

            I really hope that you look into it and do the needful to take it back up to the top. Special thanks to your team for making the deliveries possible even despite the lockdown and restrictions.

              I ordered an pizza on 31st, which didn't get delivered, next day i.e on 1st Jan 2022, I got a msg from Domino's that the order got cancelled. From that day every time I call the restaurant they are saying amount will get credited after 24hrs. Still I didn't get proper response from their end.

                I'm really unhappy since yesterday as firstly I didn't received my complete order, then I didn't got any resolution any compensation. I got a call from Domino's but she disconnected my call after listening to my problem and then no response from them. This is really unacceptable from such a big organization.

                                I have ordered pizza on 9th Dec 2021 via Dominos app online transaction with a amount of 1115. But order has failed and next day I got message from Dominos pizza that my refund has been initiated. But till I did not receive refund. I checked with Customer care of Dominos they said my amount has refunded. But when I checked my bank statement I did not receive refund from Dominos. Can you please refund my amount soon

                                Reached customer care of Dominos as I did not get complaint acknowledged. They gave me a bank reference id for refund but I don't find any such transaction number in my bank statement. They asked me to reach bank for this where bank also said its purely Dominos has to take care. I got cheated saying that amount has been refunded but I did not receive any refund. Why my amount has not been refunded. I want to escalate this to top level if not being acknowledged

                                  I ordered pizza from the dominos app on 31st Jan 2021, I did my payment through google pay, payment is done and the balance is deducted from a bank account, but the order was not placed on the dominos app. I have to reorder the same order there's no place to report this issue.
