I ordered pizza and stuffed garlic bread, Garlic bread was not properly baked.
10 rupee charged as cash for carry bag that are not mentioned in any where in the bill.
When I ask to provide souce packs with the packed pizza than service provider said to me pay 1 rupee for each tomato sauce pack.

I have ordered a pizza from the Domino's app on 19th December . I have payed the amount through phonepe successfully and the amount was deducted, but the app didn't confirm me about the payment . So I request Domino's to refund my amount back as soon as possible.

I have ordered Pizza many a times and first time ever I have received a bad pizza. The pizza sauce is not fully covered to pizza bread and not evenly spread. Very dry as well.

I receive a spam email(Order No. 172 |[protected] | 19:23:59)

I did not place any orders. I haven't used dominos India for more than 3 years now. I don't even live in Delhi. Could you please look into this security issue and let me know the source of this payment.

I would request dominos to deactivate the account and delete all my personal + billing information as I would like to exercise my right to personal data protection.

I already complained to dominos support but no response from their end.

This is a big compromise from dominos in their user's data.

I have ordered this pizza for so many times previously but I don't have any problems with my same previous order.
But I don't know wht happened this time...😔

On 9th of December 2021, I had placed an online order for Rs 1888. Even though the money was deducted from my bank account, the Order status was showing as Pending Confirmation. I had called up customer care and they confirmed that they had received the payment but said that due to backend server issue, the order was not created. The customer care also mentioned that the order will be auto-cancelled soon and the money will be refunded to me. Even though more than 24 hours have passed, the order is still showing as Pending Confirmation. I don't know when the money will be refunded.

I have ordered Pizza and that was 30 min late then they send another pizza and by mistake I give full payment to dilevery boy through barcod I have called to restorent they said they will refund the amount but still not received and also they are not responding over the call/email .

Pizza quality was also very poor.

I placed the items in dominos pizza which is located at hyderabad near JNTU metro. One of the dominos guy called and asked if I received the order or not. And as I did not receive the order, I called him back and no one was answering the calls. Even I tried to reach out to the store number which was given in the dominos app and they are also not answering the calls

I want to complaint about one of dominos staff chandana in my near dominos outlet howrah dobson road kolkata.
Whenever we used to call and talk about anything is very very rude and also she uses slang as well while talking with any customer my other friends near me have also complaint about this previously but no actions where taken against her.
So it's my kind request to dominos to please release such employees...

I order pizza at 7:30 pm from Dominos 6963 Olive Bld for delivery the guy on phone said 30 mins hour went by no pizza called 15 times it took 2 hours to answer the phone and when they answered they said they were just cooking the pizza at 9:00 that should have been delivered in 30 they wouldn't answer the phone then told me I couldn't get my money back til Mon Tue and this was on a Friday very poor customer service I will never ever order from a Domino's ever again

I had ordered 3 pizza from Tardeo store through Zomato, at 7:36pm and received the order at 9:40pm, Zomato did not support saying, Domino's got there own delivery partner, and restaurant was avoiding phone calls, I could not cancel neither approach for support, by the time order received, the kids went to sleep and the entire food was wasted.
We have to make Maggie for dinner
The reason was, we have lots of pending order to fullfill, so they took ages and not even bothered to inform.
The store is 15 mins away and I was at suburbs for work, i reached home during the order process, but they could not.
I want compensation for this harrasment.
And waste of time and food.
There website isn't working to submit feedback.

The money just gone. We order the food when we get hungry and sometimes things like this happens now there is no pizza as well as no money. What to do

I ordered 2 Pizzas on 30.11.2021 . The sum total was 410.90 rs.; But was requested for 411 rs as a round off and have to pay for extra 10 paise.

Same incident occurred on date 29.10.2021. The sum total was of 409.85 but request came for 410 and have to pay extra 25 paise.

I do not understand the need of total round off if digital payment mode was opted.

Overcharging is a great legal concern considering the fact that the taxes and all the other charges has been paid off.

Please resolve this matter and refund extra money I had to pay.
