I placed an order today for a pizza in dominoz through the app done the payment through Amazon pay . My money was deducted but no order placed. Kindly please look into it

Dominos Pizza is Showing Non-veg Pizza on TV Adverstiment thats wont looks suitable as india is religious country and its my humble request that showing such advertisment will hurt someone belief and there its shows many time on TV advertisment its really not good to show such things on Tv.

I ordered 1 medium size pizza and 2 choco lava cake. Payment was done through UPI. 2 choco lava cake were not available. Dominos has not refunded the money at all. instead they credited just 108 points to the dominos wallet with expiry date. how money can have an expiry date? how just 108 points are calculated for 2 choco lava cake? what about GST we paid for these items?

So there's a coupon code called UNLOCK which was going to expire 11 days from now.
I tried to order it today but it started showing that coupon code has expired.
I checked the terms and conditions and either way the expiration was on 16th Feb according to the T&C.
If this is how you treat your customers by luring them in with coupons and then not even giving the offer, i think you should look into your values once.
Give me back the money which I spent to get this coupon. I just want my time and Energy and money which got wasted in your stupid store back.

I had placed an order of burger pizza premium veg on dominos app and paid 211 INR, a few moments later store called and said due to non-availability of the item they are uanble to complete the order so i asked about giving another item to of same item and to adjust the difference amount but the store person refused to do so and said they will only give me a credit of 159 INR and not the delivery charges and taxes paid by me and the mr. Santosh started yelling at me.
I haven't received anything yet and paid the whole...very pissed at the service and never going to come back on dominos and want my money back in my bank account from where i placed the order

There are two outlet available in amravati and both store are not accepting sodexo card. they do not have sodexo machine, or they have not tried if sodexo card is working or not on the machine. They even do not have qr code for sodexo (Zeta application). This will not cost more 1rs max for 1 print of qr code. Please work on this. I know that sodexo is not applicable on delivery option but, for dine-in this should be accepted as per dominos policy.

Sir i had resigned nd i was doing my best bt one day I did not go to work . why is my salary being withheld? The manager doesn't know how to talk to a girl.he said that there is no need to come to work . I had ordered from dominos on 28th January.After the payment was made, my order got failed as the store got offline. Why were they showing the payment option when they were not accepting ?

I haven't recieved my money yet.When will I recieve it.

These people are fraud.. they delivered pizza too late and told me I would get refund 300 in wallet. They delivered cold and stale pizza. Manager is lier and doesn’t respond customer and provide any assistance.. I didn’t receive any refund its more than 10 days. They waste customers time and money. At times they deliver wrong pizzas.. extremely poor service.. will nvr going to order from this place. They ignore customers instead of providing assistance. Please take action against the manager of this outlet. He is liar and fraud and cheats customers

Yesterday i have ordered peri peri wings of 5 packs insted of that nagarjuna nagar clony branch kushaiguda they have sent me the 2 packs of peri peri Chicken wings they told me that the amount will be refunded but till now the money has been not at all reflectd and they are talking very rude to the constumer . Please convey and refund my amount back

I order 2 pizzas on 19 jan 2022 so my money was deducted from my mobikwik wallet but my order no. Was false . So i visited to dominos store so they said we dont do anythng bcz we dont receive your order no. Yet... So please sir refund my amount in my wallet .. Thnk you

Ordered Domino's Pizza through Swiggy from Domino's Kotturpuram Chennai. All the 4 pizzas that I received did not have any cheese topping. They were all covered by some Mayo or oil based substance..Could not eat any of those pizzas. Had to dump it. I ordered a mixed vegetable, cheese, capsicum, and onion pizzas.

I had Indi tandoori paneer pizza from Domino's in Savoy green Karnal. It has very less quantity of cheese even if I have ordered cheese burst. Do you have double standard quality for some of your outlets. From next time I will avoid having pizza from Domino's because your different outlet comprises on quality.

We decided to order a dinner on our birthday from Domino's Kondhwa Khurd and it turned out to be my life's biggest nightmare.
We ordered for a Farmhouse Pizza, Chicken Pepperoni and Boneless Chicken Wings. In times of Covid while most people ensure extreme safety this was just the opposite. Our box of Pepperoni came opened. The label that says untouched by hand was opened and the pizza was all over the place in the box. It was burnt and soggy, chewy. The farmhouse had burnt mushrooms and again was absolutely chewy and soggy. It was cold and stale. We literally threw the whole thing in the dustbin. Forget wasting the food it literally wasted our entire evening with friends too. The manager who tried to call tells me I will only refund 300 rs and later when I raised my voice says we will refund it in Domino's credits to you. I do not ever want to order from Domino's after such an experience and asked for my money to be refunded to my account and was told that is just not possible. He was arrogant and marked my compliant as he was not able to get through me. When I flagged this to the customer service team they said someone will call you in 24 hours. Am I supposed to wait for dinner or for my money to order something else the next day?

I had tried to pay online using Paytm wallet through my Axis Bank account online order made from Dominos India on 17/01/2022. Axis Bank gave the msg. transaction successful but Dominos India portal failed to complete the order.

Y is it there is no dominoz outlet in and around Nelmangla, it's realy bad and can lookout on it, workout on it and get it as soon as possible, Missing Dominoz very badly😞😞😞😞

I have order dominos pizza from sector 82, dominos store and ask for delivery after 45 minutes and 2-3 members in the store had picked phone in different time and misbehaving.

As per their word, dominos is a brand and no body is listening customer here. If need pizza then keep quite and wait whenever it will come eat.

Feedback and query session on app is very very worst and no use

I ordered a pizza on 11th October 2021 at 7:15 pm or so. i have raised a complaint many times. each time they call and say they'll check it and the refund will be issued within a few days. Fast forward to January 2022. the order is still pending. i have received neither the pizza nor the refund.

I have ordered pizza, sides and beverages cost 711. After entering otp in in payment page it shown an error message. I tried once more and entered otp again. Once again 711 got deducted from my credit card. But order not placed. Please find the screen shot for amount deducted from my credit card. Please do necessary to credit my amount back to my credit card.
