I have ordered pizza last night from sec 14 dominos we complaint ont he dominos portal . around 11.30 we recive a call on this no.[protected] for the replacement now he is not taking up the call. the date 28.11.21 .my name is Dheeraj sharma.

        I placed an order on Domino's Pizza app. Made the payment through Amazon pay UPI and received an email from Amazon that the payment was APPROVED by Domino's Pizza but my order wasn't placed.

          Worst service.only four table is available.no place to eat.staff are misbehavong with customer.they accept order without clearing of table no table available to eat . Staff talk to customer rudely.

            I placed an order on Domino's Pizza app. Made the payment through Amazon pay UPI and received an email from Amazon that the payment was APPROVED by Domino's Pizza but my order wasn't placed. The refunds from UPI payments are almost instant although I haven't received any refund from Dominos. Dominos Customer Care was adamant on the point that the refund will be done in 7-10 days and also refused from assisting in taking a fresh order since I was getting an error on the App upon attempting a new order. (Something along the lines of "maximum number of attempts reached")

              I made a payment of Rs.332.35 on the evening of 11th November 2021, at Domino's Pizza (located in Hong Kong Bazaar- Gurugram) from my Paytm Wallet via the payment link shared by the cashier himself. I immediately received the "successful payment" message but the cashier said payment got failed from his end, thus he asked me to pay cash for the order I had made. I refused to pay through cash as I hadn't recieved my refund from Domino's side and asked him to cancel my order. He cancelled my order and said I'll be receiving my refund within 30minutes or max within 24hours. It's been 8 days now, still i've not received my refund from Domino's side. I'm attaching my payment details for the reference, kindly refer and help me get my refund.

                I placed an order of 2 margherita pizzas through the dominos app. Payment was done through net banking after the the transaction it took me to a page that said "an error occurred ". But money was debited through my account and the order wasn't placed. I want my money back

                  This is to inform you that in rohini sector 19 pincode 110089 i have been regularly trying to place order on dominoz app for months but it always shows that store is offline. I really wanted to order but the issue remains the same. Its a request that please resolve the issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I ordered a pizza from dominos BMG Mall, Rewari outlet with order no. 364’ on 14 November, 2021 at 9:24 pm which I didn’t get with in time of 30 minutes. So, according the policy (30 minutes or pizza free) of domino’s they should refund my money back which i already paid them via credit card at the time of ordering and when i ask them for giving my refund they are making lame excuses and not talking properly for giving me money back.
                    I am also attaching the bill and i am also having the proof to prove that I didn’t get the pizza in 30 minutes. I can send that proof of video cam at my home talking to delivery boy about that issue too in case needed.

                      I had ordered pizza from Domino's on 14th Nov 2021. It was very bad and cold product received after 1 hour of order. Quality of product was not up to the mark and no one bothered about customer feedback. Very bad service quality

                          Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's Nellore, it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
                          Kindly have a look into this.

                                Hi, I ordered 3 pizzas in dominos on november 5 th 2021. I paid Rs.327 but my order was in pending then it got cancelled and my money is not refunded. Then on the next day november 6 2021 i again ordered 3 pizzas for Rs.292 and it was also in pending state then got cancelled and money is not refunded yet. Kindly support and take action on this front.I attached the payment screenshot for your reference

                                  I had preordered pizza at morning 9.30 for the time 12:00 today (06-nov-2021) and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "pending confirmation".

                                  I tried customer care but there wasn't any number. the same is confirmed by just dial too. i also try to call the probable delivery outlets, but all numbers were dead or unavailable.
                                  I ordered these pizzas in occasion of bhai duz, but this entire episode results in frustration and harrasment.
                                  I have been cheated by dominos.

                                  I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, I want suitable action on company.

                                  Total amount of order is 1075 INR
