    I visited the Domino's store at Nalla sopara west, Sri prastha road 401203 pincode, Palghar . The store manager was arguing with the customer, so I asked the manager to ask a different CSR to take my order. But the manager kept me waiting and was debating that you need to wait inspite of so many Domino's rep just waiting and seeing but couldnt place an order. Hence it had soiled my day and my guest hd to leave the table and come at the order counter. It was quite embarrassing with the service which I had. I want my money back or the same pizza which I ordered to delight my guest once again...

          Pizza delivered is worst i have ever eaten from dominos...have ordered from sector 34 chandigarh outlet multiple times and have returned the pizza multiple times...i don't know what is the problem with the outlet... If there is any provision please change the Delivery outlet from sector 34 to another one such as sector 35 Chandigarh outlet

            I had ordered from dominos yesterday and the total amount was ₹283. I paid from Google pay and the payment was successful. But my order wasn't confirmed. I called the concerned dominos branch and they said they haven't received the amount which is contradicted by my branch as the transaction was successful. They asked me to wait for 24 hours and I did but my money hasn't been refunded.

                      I am really very disappointed with your service . On 11 October 2021 I went to dominos Ayub khan Bareilly there first I tried to made payment through UPI phone pay amount was debited rs 464. At store they said not received any order but from my end amount was debited then they said will get refund for that I have not received my refund I don’t know how many times I have to contact you every time you people say there is some technical issue and doesn’t take any single effort do give my refund back absolutely disappointed with your service I have screenshots the day I made payment and have receipt also will file complaint against for you .

                        Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's. It's been 2 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls, i never expected this from domino's that since 2 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
                        Kindly have a look into this.

                              We placed an order with Dominos at 22:31 on 16th October 2021 which said its a 30 mins guaranteed delivery which should happen by 23:02 but order was cancelled at 23:14 due to power issues in the center.

                              Domino's didn't hold up to the agreed timelines listed in their terms and conditions for operating in Indian Territory.

                                I placed order in Domino’s pizza and paid via paytm upi the money is deducted but when I opened the app again the order is not placed and a message is telling me the tracker id is not linked to mobile why my order Id not showing and why my order is pending still…?

                                        Today I ordered 2 medium sized tandoori paneer pizza. Cheese on one of the pizza was totally missing, it was absolutely dry. We are regular buyers and never experienced this type of quality before.. Very disappointed..
