I tried to order work of Rs.1025/- and the order failed without generating Order ID, Reference number or any ticket number to track my refund status.
Order attempt date: 14 May 2021
Ordered branch details: PFA "dominos branch address.png"
Received sms: PFA "order failure sms.png"
After 7 days and no refund, I reached our to their customer care contacts and facing hard time getting responses till now:
1. I mailed a complaint to [protected]@jublfood.com and did not get any proper response instead received only automated responses.
2. I directly messaged to Domino's twitter handle @dominos_india, and did not get any proper response instead received only general responses.
I please request to consider this complaint as priority and help me in getting my money back.
