I placed order from Domino's by zomato in 4th may. Order id [protected]. Amount paid 864 rs. After above 30 minutes i received boxes without carry bag. Very disgusting reputed domino's do like this even it charges taxes 39rs GST and 32rs delivery charge delivery boy given it to my hand. Here both Domino's and Zomato cheated me. Late delivery, No carry bag, Wrong food iems, Less quantity and Delivery boy not even wear mask or safety measures during this time no safety measures by both brands. Then i contact zomato they not given satisfactory resolution they said me to contact directly to Dominos . Then i contacted Domino's i have explained all issue and sent proofs. I asked for refund or replacement with same order but they said they cannot take it back or refund. So i asked delivery that same day because of my kids birthday. But Domino's manager said next day we definitely deliver at same address with same food items which we placed order by zomato. But 8th may today 4 days now. No responsibility. Many times i contacted but not respond. I feel bad because of delay or they don't want to deliver i think. But i have lost my money and happiness of my kid. After i sent proofs and said to return domino's team not responded. Very bad. I recommend not to order anything from Domino's and Zomato

    I placed the order after which it redirected me to google pay and Rs 463 got debited at 5:58pm after which it redirected me to the dominos app but no order was placed

      Ordered one veg pizza on 05/05/2021, amount deducted Rs. 289 through amazon pay but order could not placed. Pl either do the delivery within time or refund my amount

          I had ordered pizza around 5.50 pm and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app was "order pending".

          I am not getting any pizza and still in the app it is showing order pending and the amount 197 has been deducted from the account, I want refund.

            I ordered Pizza today 4th May'21 @4.45PM from Dominos from Dominos app. It told me, Order can be made in advance only. So I chose a slot today 4th May 6.30PM. but even after the scheduled time is over, the status is showing as "Pending Confirmation". I made online transaction to pay the order. So money also deducted but the status is still "Pending Confirmation"
            I want to make a complaint against this fraud.

              Hi Sir,

              I would like you to ban Domino's from India. I found a dead mosquito in my pizza. I had ordered a pizza mania-Cheesy and a zingy parcel. I threw all my food after finding a dead mosquito in my pizza.
              I would like a refund anda compensation for the same. And please take a strict action against the company. Already there is a Covid 19 going on and a feeding a dead mosquito to your consumers is unacceptable. There must be strict food quality check. I have photos as a proof too. I sent it to swiggy and Domino's delivery guy.

              Kindly please take some legal action asap.

                I preordered pizza at evening 7:46 P.M for the time 8:30 P.M and the amount has been paid through online mode and the status of order in the app was showing "pending confirmation".

                I visited the store but they are'nt helping, they are suggesting to contact customer care but customer care don't get connected, no where the call gets connect.

                I did not got pizza still now and in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, now I want refund.

                Total amount of order is 446 ₹

                      When I try to reach virtual assistant it's shows no active order and once it shows order no. Is 147 and it's preparing
                      But again I tried show the same no active order

                      Very disappointed with this things
                      In this lockdown
                      After so long I ordered pizza because eagerly want it craving for it I love pizza but
                      This time they made me cry...

                          Today (Dt 14.05.2021) I tried to order pizza through "Domino's Pizza" portal (order value Rs 1319/-) First time I made payment through My Axis Bank Credit Card, and the amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed.

                          So Immediately I placed second time (another Order) with the same Value Rs 1319/- (with My choices) through My Axis Net Banking Mode and again amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed.

                          together I made payment to Domino's Rs 2638/- (I.e.., Rs 1319/- + Rs 1319/-)

                          I Checked with Domino's Pizza, Moulivakkam Branch, Chennai (Customer Care Mobile [protected]) and explained the above issue... (3rd time after their advise I Ordered Pizza (Order # 64) cash payment on delivery, total 14 items Rs 1, 319.26)

                          Please help with the get refund of Rs 2638/- ASAP.

                            I ordered a 2 pizza with a pepsi online via dominos app. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs 441) i payed via google pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. The payment was successful but after redirected to the dominos app it showed "Something Went Wrong". The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [ [protected]@gmail.com] ). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

                              I'd place an delivery order but then to I visited outlet to inform about the order but still it was not the way I expected. This was not expected from Domino's. Inspite of telling wasting petrol energy and delivery fees still product is not up to the mark. The manager was impolite and refused to help me I'm done with Domino's. No more.

                              I will raise this issue to consumer court.

                                    I ordered on 30 apr 2021 at 4 pm for timing 6.30pm and order was not placed and status is shown in app pending confirmation .
                                    if dominos unable to place order why they put option in their app deliver .this is so ridiculous even we can not get payment refund immediately.they take payment immediately and food is not provide timely even later.
