I ordered pizza's worth 763 on 5th April 2021 via google pay, the amount got deducted from my account, but the order was not placed and so undelivered .I was told that i will be getting a refund within 7-10 days but no refund was issued this is treachery . strict action should be taken against domino's so that they refund the money incase of technical faults like this .

My Dominos Order# 86 is cancelled by Tirupathi Dominos after morethan an hour from ordered time. I tried calling store and tried to do automated chat in dominos app. I haven't received my refund yet. In the App, they mentioned failed attempt to deliver, But nobody has delivered anything. Please help process my refund asap. My Dominos account phone# +91 [protected]. I must congratulate that the kind of pizza's you make are outstanding and are out of any league of Restaurants in Pan INDIA.
India has a very very diverse market & the kind of effort which Jubilant food is putting in is really Condemning. I ordered a Pizza from Zomato a real time online food delivery App which in turns collaborates with food joints to deliver the food ordered in lieu of some additional money. However this turns ugly when after 15-17 mins of delivery the pizza delivery boy called to say that you have to collect 500 meters away from my home & location to collect or we will cancel the order.
I am here in the city of Amritsar in Punjab where people LIVE FOR FOOD. Food & food Habits are very very Diverse & people take their food very very seriously. In this market where Dominos Shares a peanut sized market share, still showing that arrogance to a client or customer that we cannot do deliveries at this point is a matter of great shame. The kind of Pizza joints B block Amritsar Ranjit avenue named Pizzeria serves one of the most memorable experiences & pastas, garlic bread, fried chicken & burgers etc.
A shop adjoining it is Dominos which is always VACANT yet you and your team members do not understand that if you don't get orders eventually you have to pack your bags from this holy city & get Going.
Nevertheless, I am attaching the details of the order which was not delivered & i was forced to look for alternatives. This was my first time ordering in Dominos & trust me this will be the LAST AS WELL.

I hope that you pack your bags soon from this HOLY CITY of AMRITSAR as people who don't love to serve food here Does not Belong to this Holy City.

Dear team .. i order pizza from Raven gate branch jaipur. i got 30 min delivery .. i order the pizza on 12.30 pm and i got the order on 1.20 pm .. the pizza was so cold that my money just got waste .. its like no response and any time there number are not contactable..i want the whole refund or any good solution.. because my money is not for waste

After waiting for 40 minutes, the order has been canceled by the store. I have not even been issued the refund yet. Please resolve this issue asap.

I ordered from Domino's pizza yesterday and the amount was deducted. But there was no delivery, it's still showing order pending. I feel cheated, It has happened two times now.

Very bad service, I'm very disappointed. I placed my order 3 hours ago from Domino's chuna bhatti, bhopal, and it's still not delivered. When calling at the store nobody is answering the call. Tried calling 10 times.
The status is showing preparing from last 3 hours.

The outlet located in kankurgachi, kolkata is always offline and not accepting online orders. I have tried ordering over last one month and was always shown that the outlet is not accepting online orders. This place is 15 mins from my home. When i go there i find that the orders are not overflowing and all their delivery staff are relaxing in a corner. Is this specially done to block customers from availing online discounts? I am really not happy with this. Today is the 4th time in this one month that i had to go and dine in there instead of online delivery. With covid situation, how do you think this will be managed? Only solution i see that i will have to stop eating dominos pizzas. I am attaching my take away order details from today order from the same store.

I paced an order on online app and my money was deducted but the app does not show any failed order or transaction. But bank statement clearly shows transaction. Will the payment will be refunded?

for amount 763, order failed but amount deducted from the paytm wallet and its not refunded back after failed order.
and there is no reason mentioned for failed order.

I have been waiting from 21/3/2021..why u r not refunding my money back.. It's ₹1022

I have complained that my payment of ₹1022 has been deducted but order not placed.. I have got my refund yet as u people said to wait for 7 days.. I will file complaint in consumer forum if I didn't got my refund right now

His is to bring into your notice that yesterday i ordered from dominos app with my mobile no [protected] following items

1] Veggie Paradise - 2 nos medium size
2] Veggie Extravaganza - 2nos medium
3] Margherita - 1 no medium
4] Garlic Breadsticks - 2 nos
5] Cheesy Dip
6] Jalapeno Dip

The above order received in such a manner that we were surprised and got humiliated Infront of our guest

There was very less cheese and toppings and was cold and taste less. Seeing this we have to think twice to eat dominos product again .

Moreover, we raised complained ticket bearing no 497856 yesterday and didn't get any call from your side .Today we got message thanking that the issues was resolved

Can anyone let me know how the issues got resolved ?
Is this how Dominos cares about thier customers ?
When i try to raise complain again then its not allowing me stating that in 24hrs i will get call.
When i choose the store no to raise complain the no provided is invalid .Ary you fooling customer

Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will give this case to consumer court

I have made paytm upi payment of rs 296 throught dominos app on 26/03/2021while ordoering pizza, money got debited but order not got placed.

Sir I received incomplete order and I was not informed about it earlier.

I ordered a pepper barbecue chicken pizza on 26th March from the domino’s website. The amount got debited but the website said that the transaction has been cancelled. No reference number has been provided, and I can’t seem to contact them.

I placed a order through Dominos appon 24 march 2021.
I payed via paytm(rupees323).
The money was deducted from my account..but order was not placed.
Please refund my money.

I ordered job Domino's Pizza in Dinon but when I go go to the shop the pizza was very by is was in very wet condition it was very cold it was not very nice also its taste was also very bad and many more things
