I had placed an order on the dominos app at 8 pm, and despite deducting the amount twice it is still (1 hour later)showing “pending confirmation” and there is no mechanism to initiate a cancellation or a refund

Please look into this issue. This is highly not appreciated. My money was debited and didnt find any order id nor any confirmation mail that the money would be refunded. I can show you the payment details .

Ordered 3 regular size and 2 parcels pizza on 14/05/2021, amount deducted Rs. 342 through Dominos App and PAYMENT of an amount VIA DEBIT CARD of Rs.342 shown as SUCCESSFUL but after Few minutes payment shown as not successful and order not placed but I placed the same order on CASH ON DELIVERY BASIS
I thought that the amount deducted earlier from my bank will be credited but amount debited has not been credited yet...pls check the detail.. kindly refund the amount deducted earlier..

I had booked one Large Veg Pizza on 14.05.2021 at 19.10 Hours from my mobile No [protected] for which i had made payment of Rs 604/- from my HDFC bank account, but i had neither received the order confirmation or i have received the Order till now.

i request for refund of the amount on urgent basis.

Hi I placed my order at 14:28. And the amount was 1362. My amount got deducted but order was not placed.
I tried contacting customer care number but it was not working .
I need a refund. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible .

I ordered a pizza today on 1443 hrs, the payment got debited from the account but I haven't received any tracking ID.

I placed an order for takeaway, made an online payment, got confirmation of the order & money deduction.

there was no status update of the order, on reaching the store they denied and were unable to track my current order, as I never got the generated bill link through SMS.

from the app, I tried to contact the store, due to technical difficulties it failed, with virtual assistant I raised concern for which someone was supposed to call back in 24 hours. but non did, last 3 days made many try no response, last ticket ID 773000.

Now I feel disappointed, experiencing poor support..

Today (Dt 14.05.2021) I tried ordering Pizza thro " Domino's Pizza Portal" and Made payment with my Axis Bank Credit Card of amounting to Rs 1319/- The amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed .

Immediately I placed second order by using My Net Banking Payment of amounting to Rs 1319/- and Again the amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed.

Together I Made Payment of Rs 2638/- towards Domino's Pizza.

So I Called Domino's Restaurant (Domino's Pizza MOULIVAKKAM, CHENNAI - Nearby the Branch) and explained the above issue (Branch CC Mobile No. [protected]). After their advise I placed order 3rd time by Cash On delivery (Order No 64 with 14 Items).

Please help me to get refund of Rs 2638/- ASAP.

I have ordered pizza money is deducted but pizzas isn't delivered transection ref no[protected]

I tried ordering two medium sizes pizza with garlic bread and coke amounting to Rs 860. The amount has been deducted from my account but order was not placed .Date 14 May 2021 17:52 IST. Transaction id DOMINOS[protected].Please help with the refund.

Placed a order for amount 471Rs today May 13th .The amount was debited from my account but the order was not generated

Hi I had placed order worth Rs 369 which was debited from my account but the order was not placed.
I tried again and this time again the money was deducted and order was placed..which means my money has deducted twice.
Please look into it.

I've ordered a pizza yesterday from a nearby dominos store and they did not handled it well and all the toppings of my expensive pizza was spilled in the box. Toppings were glued to box instead of pizza. Very poor service.

I placed order from Domino's by zomato in 4th may. Order id [protected]. Amount paid 864 rs. After above 30 minutes i received boxes without carry bag. Very disgusting reputed domino's do like this even it charges taxes 39rs GST and 32rs delivery charge delivery boy given it to my hand. Here both Domino's and Zomato cheated me. Late delivery, No carry bag, Wrong food iems, Less quantity and Delivery boy not even wear mask or safety measures during this time no safety measures by both brands. Then i contact zomato they not given satisfactory resolution they said me to contact directly to Dominos . Then i contacted Domino's i have explained all issue and sent proofs. I asked for refund or replacement with same order but they said they cannot take it back or refund. So i asked delivery that same day because of my kids birthday. But Domino's manager said next day we definitely deliver at same address with same food items which we placed order by zomato. But 8th may today 4 days now. No responsibility. Many times i contacted but not respond. I feel bad because of delay or they don't want to deliver i think. But i have lost my money and happiness of my kid. After i sent proofs and said to return domino's team not responded. Very bad. I recommend not to order anything from Domino's and Zomato

I placed the order after which it redirected me to google pay and Rs 463 got debited at 5:58pm after which it redirected me to the dominos app but no order was placed
