I ordered pizza online on 3rd July 2020 around 7pm. I paid via net banking. The amount was debited from my account, but the site did not show successful transaction and hence pizza was not ordered. I need a refund of Rs. 504 since I ordered pizza mania(2 veg loaded & 2 panner onion)

    I have visited bhayander west branch of domino pizza. I placed order thrice but online payment wasn't successful.
    Suddenly the money gets debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. Representative of dominos store assured me of refund within 3-4 days but i didn't get credited to my account nor the confirmation of order gets placed. I have attached the clicks where my online payment was actually done but order gets timed out in the swipe card machine.
    Rs 123.90 debited from a/c *3*21 on 26-06-20 to vpa jubilantfoodworkslimited[protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]
    Please look after it and confirm the earliest. Thank you.

      Dear team,
      I have order the food from dominos pizza and pay the money online for same.
      Suddenly my order get cancelled by dominos and this is 5 days already passed but still money is not returned by dominos and also there is no revert from dominos team over call or mail.

        I placed an order on domino's pizza app on 1st july 2020 for an amount rupees 578.0

        After getting redirected to amazon pay website from dominos app and entering my details, the amount got deducted and i received a flash message on dominos app as 'error'. The order failed.

        I contacted customer care and they confirmed that they have not received any order from my number.

        I got a cashback of rs: 20

        Amazon pay order id: p[protected]. I am also attaching a confirmation e-mail from amazon pay balance.

        Please refund the amount.

        The branch manager from the nearest branch of Domino's (to my house) called and apologized. He informed me that the amount will be credited to my account in the next 4-7 days. Later in the evening, the customer care called me to inform that the issue they will resolve this issue at the earliest. True to their words, the amount was credited back to my account in the next 3 days itself.
        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Same incident is happening with me. I order on Domino's app with pay option through Amazon pay. It was directed to Amazon pay and the money got deducted but order wasn't placed in the domino's app. Have filed for support complaint with Domino's customer support. Said any amount deducted will be credited within 7 days. Hope it's true.

              Hey

              Hi there i have ordered 4 pizzas from my account through dominos on 26/06 and filled a complaint against 2 of the sausage
              Pizzas which were spoiled... My registered complain id is 14920428 still i got no call and response from your team and i had to throw these pizzas after that i got a call from your manager (Biswajeet) from ur outlet on 27/06 and he was rude as if
              Nothing happened and was casual... Also was mocking me on the call. I have asked him for a solution then he said nothing can be done. So i should assume that the money i have spent for what? He says i will reorder u the same pizza
              But for 1 order... So i have ordered 2 sausage pizzas and i will get a reorder for 1 pizza? Is it the way to scam ur customers

              I don't know now anything and want a refund and will be sue u guys in twitter and social media and make sure this

                I was ordering pizza today... I have sbi debit card.. And i was doing payment through sbi card... But they are not accepting... I tried 2, 3 tymes but no accepting... I have only sbi card only... What should i do now... My card also blocked... It is happing through 2, 3days... What is the solution now???

                I was ordering pizza today...I have SBI debit card..and I was doing payment through SBI card...but they are not accepting...I tried 2, 3 Tymes but no accepting...I have only SBI card only...what should I do now...my card also blocked...it is happing through 2, 3days...what is the solution now???

                  I have ordered pizza from Domino's on 07 June from kempapura Hebbal store, pizza was delivered after long wait . I expected quality to be good, but to my horror pizza was as hard as bricks !! Pizza was not fresh at all, I had similar experience on 22 may n store manager had promised this will not happen, but Domino's dont really care!! I raised concern but it was resolved without any solution!! Please look at photos to check for yourself !!can Domino's serve rotten pizza anywhere else n survive?

                                I ordered the pizza online, i was charged for pizza but later the order status was changed to failed from pending.

                                  I have placed an order on 15th june 2020 of rs 306.00 on dominos app and paid through google pay, my money got deducted from the account but order was not successful, when i tried to call the customer care of dominos, their number was also wrongly updated on their app. Please help me to get my refund back.
