Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I ordered a pizza on dominos app. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs 631) got deducted from my bank account after making payment through google pay. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [protected]). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

I have orders pizza by mobile app. Amt has deducted but order failed.
I haven't received any communication regarding refund.

On 3rd june i have ordered pizza amounted rs.603. But the amount has deducted from my account and order was showing failed.in my order history it is showing order failed. I am trying to call customer care but not a single number is available.

Dominos has taken my payment by google pay and dominos store said he did’nt get my payment and said it will b refund.. I file complaint to company i received msg that dominos will contact u within 24 hours but its more than that.. Wrost service plzz contact me my amount is 417

I ordered 1medium Golden Corn Pizza and 1 Choco Lava cake, the amount got transacted but while clicking on the "Track Order" it showed "No current order". My money got transacted but there was no delivery and it kept popping"No current order" Tell me what should I do. Refund my money back or I'll have to make a complaint against you for Fraud and that too during this Lockdown difficulty.

I have ordered pizza through upi payment successful but error occurs so money credited to domino's still didn't get any order id

I have ordered 4 items worth rs 305 . Money got deduted from my wccount but order did not placed.

I have placed an order today which has a large pizza and a veg parcel. I have paid money, i got a mssg that my money got deducted and then i got a mssg from dominos that my order is failed. When i called them and asked they are telling me that sorry we dont know.

I ordered food worth 323 rs and payed through amazon pay money is deducted from abnk and order is cancelled

I ordered a combo on 16 may and it was not delivered. I was told i will get refund within 3-5 working days and still i didn't receive my amount. I need refund as soon as possible.

I had placed an order through the dominos app on 25th of may at 7.57 pm with the domino's outlet situated in dum dum cantonment, kolkata-700028.

My order comprised of stuffed garlic breadstick, keema do pyaza (Medium), chicken golden delight (Medium). My order arrived at 9.30 pm at my home. Upon calling the store owner (Biswajit da : +91 [protected]/ +91 [protected]) there was no response initially. I messaged him twice after an hour but there was no response.
After sometime when i managed to connect with him over phone, he passed on the delivery boy's number and asked me to contact him.

After several attempts i managed to get thru the number. My order arrived very late, food had turned hard and the pizza preparation was not up-to the mark. Extremely disappointed with their quality of food and service delivery.

My house address is barely 1.0 km from this store situated at dr. Sp mukherjee rd, green park, rajbari, dum dum cantonment, kolkata -700028. The owner called me the next day and committed to set things right by offering me a complementary offering of the same items that were ordered on 25th of may thru the app instead of refunding my money.

Its been three days past that and no one has come to my address. I tried calling the store owner, biswajit da multiple times but there is no response. Seems like he is least bothered now.

This is really unacceptable. I always had high expectations from dominos but given the recent quality of their food and delivery standards there seems to be a downfall which is visibly apparent.

This is the 3rd time it happened with domino's where in it's been over 2 hours and the order is yet not delivered. I am unable to contact them neither do they give any information as to whom to contact. Such a pathetic service.

I placed order of amount 209 using phone pay and the amount is deducted but in the app it shows order is not placed.

I have placed a order and made payment too of Rs 313 but my order is not confirmed and neither it is delivered

I ordered pizza rs.320 in my amazon account money but order not placed, and
money gets deducted from my account. On calling the serving store, they tell me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

I raised an order via swiggy on 7/04/2020 amounting rs. 481. The whole order was cancelled from your end as there was no choco lava cake available. I was told i will receive a refund within 24 hours but its been more than a month, i haven't received the refund.

I had to call several times to the store requesting them to raise a ticket for the same and share with me the request number so that i coordinate in the future. None of the personal gave me the request number. Finally, i had to myself raise a ticket online. There also i was told that someone would contact in 24 hrs. But no one contacted till date.

Please refund my money.

I placed order at 3:47 pm, it's already 4:40 pm and I haven't heard anything from them.

I ordered a pizza for 104 and the money was debited and the pizza and was not delivered. I tried contacting the delivery boy in the number which the domino's virtual support team offered but it was switched off.. I tried calling the consumer care number but it was unreachable.. After the incident i tried raising a complaint through email support twice.. But there is no rply.. This is not a professional way to deal the consumer complaint and not even giving importance to the consumer issues..
