I ordered a combo on 16 may and it was not delivered. I was told i will get refund within 3-5 working days and still i didn't receive my amount. I need refund as soon as possible.

I had placed an order through the dominos app on 25th of may at 7.57 pm with the domino's outlet situated in dum dum cantonment, kolkata-700028.

My order comprised of stuffed garlic breadstick, keema do pyaza (Medium), chicken golden delight (Medium). My order arrived at 9.30 pm at my home. Upon calling the store owner (Biswajit da : +91 [protected]/ +91 [protected]) there was no response initially. I messaged him twice after an hour but there was no response.
After sometime when i managed to connect with him over phone, he passed on the delivery boy's number and asked me to contact him.

After several attempts i managed to get thru the number. My order arrived very late, food had turned hard and the pizza preparation was not up-to the mark. Extremely disappointed with their quality of food and service delivery.

My house address is barely 1.0 km from this store situated at dr. Sp mukherjee rd, green park, rajbari, dum dum cantonment, kolkata -700028. The owner called me the next day and committed to set things right by offering me a complementary offering of the same items that were ordered on 25th of may thru the app instead of refunding my money.

Its been three days past that and no one has come to my address. I tried calling the store owner, biswajit da multiple times but there is no response. Seems like he is least bothered now.

This is really unacceptable. I always had high expectations from dominos but given the recent quality of their food and delivery standards there seems to be a downfall which is visibly apparent.

This is the 3rd time it happened with domino's where in it's been over 2 hours and the order is yet not delivered. I am unable to contact them neither do they give any information as to whom to contact. Such a pathetic service.

I placed order of amount 209 using phone pay and the amount is deducted but in the app it shows order is not placed.

I have placed a order and made payment too of Rs 313 but my order is not confirmed and neither it is delivered

I ordered pizza rs.320 in my amazon account money but order not placed, and
money gets deducted from my account. On calling the serving store, they tell me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

I raised an order via swiggy on 7/04/2020 amounting rs. 481. The whole order was cancelled from your end as there was no choco lava cake available. I was told i will receive a refund within 24 hours but its been more than a month, i haven't received the refund.

I had to call several times to the store requesting them to raise a ticket for the same and share with me the request number so that i coordinate in the future. None of the personal gave me the request number. Finally, i had to myself raise a ticket online. There also i was told that someone would contact in 24 hrs. But no one contacted till date.

Please refund my money.

I placed order at 3:47 pm, it's already 4:40 pm and I haven't heard anything from them.

I ordered a pizza for 104 and the money was debited and the pizza and was not delivered. I tried contacting the delivery boy in the number which the domino's virtual support team offered but it was switched off.. I tried calling the consumer care number but it was unreachable.. After the incident i tried raising a complaint through email support twice.. But there is no rply.. This is not a professional way to deal the consumer complaint and not even giving importance to the consumer issues..

I have order the pizza and the amount has been deducted from my account and it has been cancel and still the money is not yet refund as it happen before also

I ordered pizza from dominos on 4th may 20. I payed rs 370 via paytm and then the order cancelled. i did it again and it cancelled again and i lost another 370rs. next day i ordered 3 times of the same amount and it cancelled. so i lost rs 370 five times. i got refund for 2 out of the 5 orders. please help me get the remaining 3 refunds

I ordered 2 pizzas via dominos app on 5 may at 6:17. I paid via google pay the amount got credited but the order didn't get placed. As I went to check this at dominos sasthamangalam they said to tap the option called dispute in the google pay for the dominos transaction but there is no option called dispute for it...i have mailed but there is no response in return . . . I need a refund

Your employee rahul from east model town ghaziabad store...abused to customer...when i went to your store for my take away order... Please take strict action toward him...on higher priority

I order today from dominos and payment was successful but order cannot placed

I had ordered a pizza and a bottle of pepsi from the domino's pizza app. It cost me Rs.380.
I used Google pay as the payment option. The money was deducted from my bank account but the order was not successful.
I want to know when will I get my money back?

I ordered pizza from Domino's Pizza in Trivandrum on 12th April 2020. But after the order got placed they informed me on call that they don't deliver in the area I entered, so I cancelled the order. Then and there I received a message that the refund has initiated and I would receive the amount within 3-5 business days, but I didn't receive the refund. After 8 days I contacted Domino's about the same, they told me that they've sent the refund and now it's the bank's problem. They sent me a screenshot of refund sent from their side through Paytm gate, but I made payment through SBI debit card. Today it's 30th April 2020 and I haven't received the amount back.

I order pizza from Dominiz app and debited 308 for my transaction. After few seconds I got order failed notification. But didn't recieve any intimation about refund. Please do the needful.
