On 23-feb-2020 i ordered pizza from domino's worth rupees 311 and made payment via debit card, after payment amount got deducted from my bank account but order was not placed, nor i received any order mail/text.
I have transaction detail i received from my bank. When i contacted domino's they said i will get refund, but yet not received any refund.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
While ordering online pizza, first I paid via netbanking and account got debited but order was not placed. Hence, I had to pay again after which order for pizza was placed. But Dominos Store people, when called up did not confirm me for REFUND.

    I am not able to use my wallet amount of rs 529 which is showing in my wallet the option is not coming on the site /app when i am going to make the payment on the payment page, i called dominoz help line and i was told that the back end would help but it is still not resolved.

    Kindly look into this on urgent basis and get is resolved

    My pizza was late by up to 10 to 15 mins and I raised a complaint as they guarantee 30 mins delivery. I called customer care asking about a refund I even called the store but they say they can't refund for that late delivery and when I asked why they didn't answer and cut the phone.

      complaint regarding manager

      Please note this complaint is regarding nerul navi mumbai haware domino's branch and this is regarding the managers rude behaviour and not at all having any etiquettes nor any courtesy to talk with customer. I had order two pizzas and which was supposed to deliver within 30 minutes but it had delivered after that and still had to pay because of the nuisance of the manager i am not sure about his name but i guess his name is harshad.       I order pizza from domino's on 17 feb 2020 of amount rs 592. My contact number is [protected]. The order was delivered to me in one hour and when i asked the delivery guy about my refund he said dominos will refund your amount. I paid them through paytm upi. I contacted them but they refused to refund my amount and told me that they can provide me with a coupon worth rs 300. I don't want the coupon and i want my refund back as soon as posible because the order was not delivered in 30 minutes. I want my refund back or else i will take a strict action against dominos.

        I had placed order on 7th feb worth rs 468 having (I regular pizza / pepsi/ choco lava cake) from offical site of domino's through. I have paid tghrough online. Ref id (Upi/[protected]/oid[protected]upi/do
        Minospizzaonl/paytm payments/) at the time of delivery i have received only two items but not choco lava cake. I had contacted domino's but there were no reply. According to store it will be receive within 7 days.

        I still struggling for the same.

          I had placed an order of one medium pizza worth rs 519 from official site of domino's on 22.02.2020 for gurgaon address. I had paid online from upi. My amount was deducted but no order shows to be placed. I had contacted domino's but there were no positive response. Can you pls confirm when my amount was refunded.

          Yesterday I ordered pizza around 7:30 pm I received my pizza at 9:00pm, not hot pizza, I want my money back
          I live in Mahavir enclave part1 New Delhi.
          I tried to palce an order but it showed payment failure but the Amount was deducted and order didn't got placed.
          Paid trough PAYTM UPI today (10/7/2020) at 19:03.

          Kindly refund as soon as possible. And also improve your app quality.
          Got my payment back next day. thanks.
          Still app needs an improvement.

            I ordered a pizza from dominos which came 37 mins late, was told ill get a refund but i didnt.
            I just placed an order of rs 274 from my debit card, the money has been deducted but no order is placed. My mobile number is [protected] and theyre customer support is pathetic. I cant get hold of their customer care as the customer care number doesnt seem to work. Please if my issue can be resolved and my money refund

              I tried doing payments twice both times my money got deducted but my order didn’t get placed after that i did cod that time order got placed
              Now how to get my refund back
              The amount get deducted from both the credit cards the amount was 469 each time

              Rs.469.00 spent on your sbi card ending with at paytm retail domestic on 22/02/20.
              Help me with this i raised a complain too for which no calls yet we are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you within the next 24 hrs. Concern ref #13641474

                I ordered from sanjay place agra at 7.57 and recived the order at 8.38 and after that the delievery boy was very rude and he was like if yiu dont want i will take it back. Even the manager was very rude. The delievery boy name was rohan singh and he talked very badly. Even the food was nit even cooked properly and was cold.. Dominos is faking us by prividing 30 min guarantee
                My order number is 305 and i want immediate refund

                    Order was not even delivered and they say order was delivered.

                    I ordered on 21.37 and on 21.42 i got and update order is out for delivery and on 21.57 i got and update that order was delivered and it was not so.
                    Delivery boy came after 30 mins and to sort the matter they asked for partial payment, it was supposed to be free. He asked that i should pay or cancel the order.
                    So, order was cancelled forcefully and i had to sleep hungry.
                    I had to sleep hungry.

                    Is it been allowed to charge for paper bag?? I taken up order take away. Without paper bag its not been possible for me to take these boxes.

                      Hi team,

                      On feb 20th, around 1:30pm we made the order for rs. 827. The payment deducted from my account but it failed to return back to domino site to complete the order.

                      I made it twice and both times it failed but money got deducted from my accounts.

                      One order by using hdfc credit card and another is by using icic netbanking.

                      Please help go get the money returned.

                      Kindly refund my money.
                      This kind of behavior is not acceptable from such a big company. Please kindly look into the matter.

                        I was trying to place order by dominos website:
                        In first attempt i tried the payment with amazon upi, money got deducted from bank account immediately, but after payment dominos web page got struck. I waited for more than 5 mins and didn't receive either the order successful or failure. Than i called to dominos customer care, they told me that if order is unsuccessful money will refund in 7 working days please try again.

                        In second attempt i tried with net banking and same thing happened. The customer care guys not able give the exact reason why the payment got failed. Money got deducted twice from my bank account. But didn't get any successful or failure message from dominos.

                              I am sushant mittal and i placed an order on 11 february 2020 on domino's app for ₹259 and the payment was made through amazon pay. The payment was successful but the order did not get placed. My phone no. Is [protected].

                              I want the refund asap.

                              I tried calling their support no. But it never dials and it just shows call ended. Their customer support is really # as i must say.

                                We ordered in online dominos site for 2 pizzas along with a small burger and 2 garlic bread at approx 7:24pm today which i got delivery at about 9:20pm. This delivery we got after calling customer care thrice and when we asked delivery person regarding it he rudely replies that there are only 3 delivery man how can we get your order on time as well the order is totally cold and uneatable. After contacting the store manager (Faizan ansari) regarding the unedible food that we got he also rudely told to deny the order and refused next order. This is the way nowadays dominos handle their costumer these days which was really disappointing. Need a serious action regarding these people and the store.

                                  Please start delivering in freedom fighters colony like u used to. The app says that u deliver there but once the order is accepted i receive a call saying they don’t deliver there. Neither domino’s pizza pvr saket branch nor the malviya nagar branch delivers. Its a humble request to start delivery again as i personally really miss ordering from dominos. I have been a regular customer, and i have been ordering since 2010. I was silent from 2018-19 as i thought that the delivery would even start again but this hasn’t happened yet so pls look into this matter

MY account but order was not placed.i called domino's and they said they would refund the deducted amount in24 hours.but I haven't recieved any amount. I want domino's to take this thing into consideration and resolve it as soon as possible.i need the refund with few hours.i hope you will do it as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I placed order (Order no. 307) in dominos through swiggy on 1st feb'2020 (Saturday) at 9:45pm but i got delivery at 11:20pm and that too after so many followups.

                                      I have all call records which i had with dominos customer care, chats with swiggy customer care. Also person from dominos chennai called me from number [protected] at 11:20pm and said order will be more delay. When i asked the reason as its already 1hr 25min delay, he didn't gave any reason and banged the phone (Disconnected abruptly).

                                      I already paid 818rs for this order.

                                      As per dominos policy it should come in 30min, else order is free. I got the order in 1hr35min and that too cold and mishandled pizza (I have taken the pic also)

                                      I immediately need my refund and also want dominos to take action against this person and take action against dominos chennai branch from where this order was delivered.

                                      I have all call records, chats and pic of food when it got delivered

                                      I have emailed to dominos on their email id "[protected]@jublfood.com" on 3rd feb & then reminder on 4th feb but till date no response.

                                      I called their customer care also, but they gave one concern ref no. "13413266" and i am not getting answer & response from dominos

                                      This is pathetic. They are playing with customers and making them run round and not providing solution & support

                                      Awaiting quick refund & resolution
