The dominos app was not working soo I order pizza from the helpline number of dominos and the customer executive lady who was attending me took the order and said that the order will be deliver within 30min then I kept the call after 40min of wait No one called or no one informed anything soo I raised a complaint on dominos helpline number then the store contacted me and said the store was too far from my location to deliver and the cancelled the order but I didn't choose that location that customer executive lady choose because of her mistake I was waiting for my food and even the store didn't bother to contact me before cancelling my order. I didn't had lunch today bcoz of this people

I ordered a pizza on Domino's shop at cosmos mall ujjain madhya pradesh india. I ordered veggie paradies and they give me fresh veggie.
I told this is not my order they told you order this.
The don't repeat my order during payment and not asked my mobile number.
No massage received about my order and not recived 100 rewards point against my order.
Staff not coperate with me.
So please take action against staff and credit my 100 points.
This type problem happened twice with me at same shop.
One other issue is when I payment through credit card they not accept and told some issue with POS machine. This is happening every time and they deal with only cash many time.

Pizza was not delivered on time and was not hot and also toll free number is not working of dominos and even the manger the of domino's vikas mall dehradun not picking up the call so i even can't complaint

I Request to change my pizza or refund my money back

25th April night I placed an order and for 2 hours waited for the same. App showed order will be delivered in 13 mins, called Domino's after waiting for 2 hours, the staff stated order has been cancelled due to some technical glitch at their end. I asked the staff as to why wasn't I called and informed about the same as I am hungry and now cause it's too late at night, have nothing to eat for dinner. Staff stated he can't do anything. After sometime the showed the order has been delivered. I called back the outlet who stated that they had to close the order and due to technical glitch it is showing delivered however they will refund the money. Today is 01st May and no money has been refunded. The same day I raised a complaint online with Domino's - complaint id 5487651. Today I called Domino's complaints number, they stated that the Complaint Id has been closed. I asked how is it closed without any discussion with me and no resolution provided. They had no answer nor will the staff tell me what is written to close the complaint id. He transferred the call to Outlet Manager who stated I will look into it, I am not aware of anything like this. Very sad the way Domino's is being handled & the way the treat their customer. Pathetic!!!

I didn't get my my cash back after cancelled my order due to distance after 11'o clock. This is totally issue with the Domino's Mobile application. I need my cash back. This is unethical thing. My order I'd is 361. And my mobile number is [protected].

Payment debited through my UPI Id of Paytm but order not processed and page expired.

Today I am frustrated about the Domino's delivery . They they did not delivered my 2 order in time and no update . I wait till 1 and half hrs and no update . Also did not call from store manager is there any problem in store

Yesterday I ordered Veg paradise Pizza but recieved some other pizza with whole different type of toppings. i tried to call the store but failed to talk with them as they didn't pick up calls. I contacted customer care and they tried to call the store but they didn't pick up their call also. After that I called the delivery boy whose number was registered by our security gaurd on My gate app. He helped to exchange my pizza. But In exchanged pizza, there were not even a single piece of paneer for which I paid extra 60rs. The delivery boy took a pic of pizza and said will tell the store to do the refund. I raised concern online but got no response, from store someone called me and asked for feedback and I told her all these and she said she will talk to the manager and call back but she didn't. First of all if I didn't have the delivery boy number than my whole money on pizza would have wasted just because the store staff don't pick up calls. It took total 1+ hour to get right pizza that also incomplete. If I paid extra than I want the thing for which I paid and if they were not able to provide it. I want my refund.

Out of 56 orders That I have placed, I have only received 2 of them under 30 minutes (starting 18 June 2022- present day) The restaurant has failed multiple times to deliver hot pizzas and even further failed to provide the replacement for the same. Everytime I call them they just present they are listening but in reality they just do not care.

I have tried numerous times to contact your toll free number and report the issue, and everytime the call centre guys respond by saying that the outlet will contact you and they will provide you with a suitable solution. But every, every, every single time the people from the outlet call, they say "Next time you order, call me before", and then they do not even pick me (Just showing the system they contacted me). Why does anyone has to go through this kind of behavior from an MNC spread at this large scale. I have never experienced a worse outlet than this and been treated with such disrespect towards the customer. I sincerely request you to transfer the 300 points per order not delivered on time(I haven't even received yet) and take action towards the management of this outlet.

Please try to call me ASAP to help me understand the solution better. I hope to hear from you soon.

I ordered from Dominos Mobile App worth Rs.451 at 8:55 pm (order no. #118, RK Salai Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600004) on 26th April 2023. My order was not received even after an hour so I called the store and they apologized and said they'd refund the amount and also deliver my order as I had 30mins guarantee/policy on my order. But after another 30 mins of wait neither my order nor my refund was received. I tried calling the store owner multiple times but they ignored my calls (I could see they were busy on a few calls but only chose to avoid my calls). And soon it was already 11 pm, the store's closing time, and yet my order was still unsuccessful in delivery. I opened the app just a few mins ago (around 2:30 am, 27th April 2023) and I saw them make my order marked as "delivered" even though it was never delivered. Please provide me a refund for my order that was never made successful. This was a horrible experience.

I have placed 4 orders today order no. 115, 118, 129, 132 at dominos mall road restaurent with cash on delievery mode. Without consulting me they have cancelled the orders every time and when i have don payment through debit card in advance they have confirmed the order no. 134 and 136. But delievery guy didnot delievered on time. Instead he has delibrately updated fake status as delievered in dominos app.
Everytime i am facing this issue with this restaurent. This is so unethical practic being adopted by such a reknowned brand like dominos.
When i called store for feedback regarding this store employees misbehaved on telephonic conversation and making false claim that you have cancelled the ordered. When i asked the justification they started misbheaving and started using inappropriate words.
These unethical practices are not at all accepted by a brand like dominos.
Please look into this matter on priority basis.

Please provide the justification
1.why everytime cash mode orders are being cancelled.?
2. Why delievery status is being updated as delievered before delievery. ?
3. How can staff misbehave with customers of such a big brand name like dominos?

Is there no value of the customers in dominos?
Even a street vendor knows the value of customers these days and is respecting the customer, How can you recruit such a staff who donot respect your customers.

Placed an order before 1 hour still the pizza is yet delivered.

I have waited at surat station for 10 mins even after waiting for 10 mins I didn't recieve my pizza I've ordered it in the morning and waited till 6 in evening still I didn't recieve it

We visited Domino's Pizza outlet at Attapur, Hyderabad on 23rd April 2023 at 10.50pm. We ordered 1 Medium Farmhouse pizza, 1 Medium Mexican Green wave pizza and 1 stuffed garlic bread for bill amount Rs. 1380.75. There was a dead fly in Mexican green wave pizza and we immediately informed the counter. This shows the quality and hygiene standards maintained in Domino's kitchens. I want to raise a complaint to ensure this is not repeated with any other customer. Attaching the pictures.

I ordered a pizza 2 days back from domino's the order was delayed . I complained on Zomato, yesterday I got a feedback link from Domino's And also got a call from customer care and he took my feedback link from me and submitted my feedback himself. And today I called him back, he told me that we submit feedback like this, you do what you want to do.Means how will we trust Domino's then after today if this cheat happens

For past couple of times, I had a very bad experience with Dominoes.
1. My orders are not getting delivered at all.
2. Even when I am getting my order, it is taking atleast 50 min to deliver and yet I am not getting any compensation or even an apology for it.
3. Items that are ordered (pre paid) are not available at the store.
4. I am getting refund for unavailable items as a dominos app point. Who uses it?? I want refund in my bank account from where I made the payment.
5. When I talk to their customer care, my queries are not listened, no solution is provided to me.
6. I am not getting half the value or service I am paying for, I am very unhappy with the way they are treating me.
