While placing the order, i was ensured a delivery within 30 minutes or else the pizza would be at a discount of 300 rs. But when the delivery guy arrived late, restaurant denied me of their 30 minutes policy and admitted of wrong doing on their part. Although they did not provide me with any real solution. According to dominos an apology is equal to a solution. They claim to raise a complaint internally but that won't help the consumers.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I wanted to order dominoes pizza from the official app but the store nearby is offline today and most of the days too so what's the use of the app when I have to go myself there to get a pizza.

    When we tried to contact, dominoo cc doesn't have concrete ans.
    After waiting for more than one hour & directly approaching the store. They said they don't have contact details.
    How can you ppl take order with contact details.
    We waited fo more than 2 hours.
    Pathetic service from you ppl. Not expected this from you guys.

    Dominos just opened in our area maybe one or two weeks ago (i dont remember). For a few days im trying to order pizza online but it always claims that the store is offline. I still dont the reason why. Its really very frustrating cause I'm not able to order any pizza.

      The customer service is simply horrible and not at all customer friendly.
      Secondly, about the order:
      1) the pizza boxes were open.
      2) there were absolutely no toppings.
      3) the pizza was stale and cold.
      4) the order was delivered after almost 90 minutes even though the outlet is just 2 minutes away from my house.
      5) the store wasn't picking up my calls.
      We simply didn't eat the food because the boxes were open.

      It's been 7 days since the complaint but there has been no resolution and the helpline is simply pathetic. They just put us on hold and say that they will call back. The phone could be out of range maybe once or twice due to rains but in 7 days, they don't have the courtesy to even call back again or email.
      And on top of that, the customer service is suggesting me to take back my money for the order. This is the epitome o[censored]nprofessional behaviour i've ever experienced. The customer service people say that they'll call back in 20 minutes, but don't. And when i call, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I've all the call recordings as well.

        Did not receive my order no 115.
        No response from the restaurant or no response from anyone. My bill amount is 677. I called restaurant guys it says wrong number in spite of publishing in the dominos app saying CALL TO this number for assistance and also called CUSTOMER CARE number to the toll free number[protected] and explained abt the issue and when they tried to contact restaurant no one were picking up the call and CUSTOMER CARE people disconnected the call deliberately. I called CUSTOMER CARE people again n again same thing happened. These Dominos online is a fraud and making customers ### by telling order will take 30 minutes if not money return. My humble request to take immediate action on dominos people.

          Complaint no. 10739776 not resolved/ refund as promised. There was an hour delay in delivery.
          18th august i ordered pizza order no. 237 at below address kitchen
          Express trade tower, noida.

          I got pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. But online tracking status shown delivered in half an hour. So i called kitchen and they registered complaint and assured for refund. But till date i didn't get any refund even calling multiple times to customer care.

            I ordered 2 medium pizza order cancelled but amount was deducted.. It's already been 15 days and i haven't received my 880 rs back. This is not acceptable that such a big brand do this type of carelessness. Never going to use or suggest anyone... I have placed complaint so many times but it is of no use... So please try to help me to get my money back.

              Deliver to me on 10.50 and when i asked for the late delivery the store manager mr krishna tell me the time grannty is not applicable bt not mention in term and conditions and the delivery boy just don't want give me me pizza and he return to back to store withhout giving me my delivery as he told me the manager don't told him to give the delivery as 300 discount
              Vry bad service and he also misbehaving while talking with me on call

                An order was placed, the delivery kept delaying, after an hour we tried to reach out to customer care. At first we were placed on glhold for 5 mins then next call 3 mins at which a representative picks up a call and hangs up. The delivery boy is not responding, the customer care is not responding, the restaurant is not picking. Up my call and this is in lajpat nagar delhi. Dominos seems to be out of control.

                  I had ordered a pizza on zomato from domino's sector 29, gurgaon at 8:24 pm tonight (31/08/219) & now it's 11:30 pm & i haven't received my order yet. I've tried talking to 7 customer care executives of domino's and they couldn't provide any solution. I felt so helpless and harassed as it's a prepaid order & they didn't even try to help me. They kept my calls on hold for more than 20 mins on average. Now i'm trying to reach out to them and there automated message is saying that to call them after 11 am tomorrow. It's the poorest of poorest customer service i've ever seen in my life!!! I need my money back

                    Order placed through domino's mobile app got assigned to 'rex theater' restaurant bengaluru, restaurant failed to deliver my order and while chasing for refund there is no proper support from restaurant manager, domino's customer care at email and twitter. 3 months old case.

                      As i mentioned in the subject line my order no.65980/19/7598

                      The above mentioned order was cancelled due to not responding my call about transfer my order to belapur store. I have transferred my order from kamothe to belapur branch and order was cancelled. This order was cancelled on dated 18th may 2019 still i haven't received my refund. Belapur branch "chandan" person name is promised me that they have given my refund but still my refund is not received. The kamothe store manager (Jitendra sharma) is not piking the phone bcs he is so busy, he is thinking that customer is always free. Customer doesn't have the work
                      Kamothe store staff is so rude with the customer. Their manager also so rude. I want my refund. The chandan belapur store person told he will not give me refund instead of that he will provide me pizza whenever i require. I dont want this offer. I require my money.

                      Please concern person has look into this.

                      I ordered 5 pizzas at 9:30 PM and got delivered after 10 :30 PM which were cold. Also, I ordered 4 Golden Corn worth RS 79 each 1 Onion RS 59. Total was 395 RS including tax. I got delivered 3 Golden Corn and 2 Onion pizzas. i want refund.

                      I received a call back today from Domino's. They said they will just give an extra pizza to me on the next order but if I have ordered 5 pizzas I am just getting one refunded and My whole family had to sleep without eating anything. I want Justice and Compensation.

                        My wife and son had non-veg loaded pizza in phoneix mall domino's bangalore on 24th of august. After the pizza which was smelling and bitter in test. My son got food infection and suffered for 4 days. When given feedback on domino's they are saying they will refund amount. I have asked for ingredients used that day and it's expiry date so that i can be assured it's not their fault. I have asked to settle doctor bill which they have refused.                           I had ordered pizza on 10th august at 12.37 noon from domino's mulund west, lbs marg. Till 2 pm they did not deliver. Therefore i cancelled it out of frustration. They have not yet refunded my money.
                          I have been following up will customer care, they just transfer it to branch and then nothing is done.
                          It's been 17 days they have not refunded yet..
                          They have very poor customer service

                            I have ordered food from domino's amounting 334. I applied discount coupon provided by flipkart coins of 300. After receiving coupon it should amount to be paid as 334 instead of 34. I called the customer care and your resource as informed that order has been placed from pizza mania were coupon is not applicable. However no were it is mentioned in terms and conditions. For that reason i cancelled my order.

                            Now iam unable to use that coupon as it shows no sufficient balance.

                            Let me know how you can deduct money from the coupon after the food has been cancelled

                              late delivery and no customer care response

                              I have placed ordered pizza on 9 August, 2019 and got late delivery (after 30 mins), i filled complaint and customer care executive said that, refund will be processed and you will get call within 15 minutes.

                              However, i have received no call and i have exchanged over 40 e-mails but they are just saying me to wait for sometime but no resolution is provided yet.

                              I placed an online order at 15:33. After around 15 minutes, I received a call from Dominos JB Nagar outlet but the call got disconnected.. I called the helpline number at 15:50 and I was told that the order will be delivered in 15 minutes...I called the helpline number again at 16:05 asking for the status of my order... The person on call could not help me neither could he connect me to the store nor the store manager. He promised me that I will receive a call from some senior authorized personnel... No one called...I finally received my order at 16:28 (after 55 minutes) from Mittal Estate outlet (so I assume that the delivery outlet was changed and hence the delay)...I called your helpline number to tell them about the delay... He asked me to be on hold and that he was connecting me to the store manager... The store did not pick up and your helpline person cut the call.

                              There were some repairs being done on the Gas lines in our locality so I was forced to order from out. Just wanted you to know that I ordered for a Dominos pizza after more than a year and this is my bitter experience...Hungry irritable kids, horrible delivery time, appalling response from an extremely obnoxious staff... So yes, I will definitely not recommend dominos to any family or friend

                                A domino's order for rs.1059/- was placed on 25/05/2019 @ 7.48pm using airtel money app wallet account by me and the same was deducted from wallet..
                                But dominos never received the order and i had to order by cod option...
                                The merchant site dominos says that it has revesed the transaction on 30/05/2019 and the transaction id is:qapl[protected] but the same is not reflecting in my airtel payment bank wallet account...

                                  Violation 30 minutes or free delivery policy was conducted by dominos pizza in chandigarh near sector 19-d. Order placed at 3:10pm on 24th august 2019 which claimed that order will be delivered in 30 minutes hot and fresh. At 3:57pm on 24th august 2019, i received a text saying that the pizza had been dispatched, which was already 47 minutes late and pizza delivery person reached at gate at 4:06 pm on 24th august 2019. Upon being asked about free delivery, he said due to rain it cannot be claimed.
                                  On dominos website there hasnt been anything written about rains, instead it has been stated that whenever the order does not qualify 30 minutes or free delivery, it would be told so at the time of delivery. But the order confirmation message claimed that it would be delivered within 30 minutes.

                                    I have order 2 pizza in everyday value offer through domino's official website, i paid amount of rs.360 in which partial amount was taken from paypal voucher and remaining debited through my debit card, once payment completed i received order not placed message. So, i called customer care and also mailed @guestcaredominos as per the request a person called me from the near by store, he just bluffed and they were in a motive not to refund amount and not to deliver pizzas to me.

                                    So i register my complaint here and except a good solution.
