I placed an online order at 15:33. After around 15 minutes, I received a call from Dominos JB Nagar outlet but the call got disconnected.. I called the helpline number at 15:50 and I was told that the order will be delivered in 15 minutes...I called the helpline number again at 16:05 asking for the status of my order... The person on call could not help me neither could he connect me to the store nor the store manager. He promised me that I will receive a call from some senior authorized personnel... No one called...I finally received my order at 16:28 (after 55 minutes) from Mittal Estate outlet (so I assume that the delivery outlet was changed and hence the delay)...I called your helpline number to tell them about the delay... He asked me to be on hold and that he was connecting me to the store manager... The store did not pick up and your helpline person cut the call.

There were some repairs being done on the Gas lines in our locality so I was forced to order from out. Just wanted you to know that I ordered for a Dominos pizza after more than a year and this is my bitter experience...Hungry irritable kids, horrible delivery time, appalling response from an extremely obnoxious staff... So yes, I will definitely not recommend dominos to any family or friend

A domino's order for rs.1059/- was placed on 25/05/2019 @ 7.48pm using airtel money app wallet account by me and the same was deducted from wallet..
But dominos never received the order and i had to order by cod option...
The merchant site dominos says that it has revesed the transaction on 30/05/2019 and the transaction id is:qapl[protected] but the same is not reflecting in my airtel payment bank wallet account...

Violation 30 minutes or free delivery policy was conducted by dominos pizza in chandigarh near sector 19-d. Order placed at 3:10pm on 24th august 2019 which claimed that order will be delivered in 30 minutes hot and fresh. At 3:57pm on 24th august 2019, i received a text saying that the pizza had been dispatched, which was already 47 minutes late and pizza delivery person reached at gate at 4:06 pm on 24th august 2019. Upon being asked about free delivery, he said due to rain it cannot be claimed.
On dominos website there hasnt been anything written about rains, instead it has been stated that whenever the order does not qualify 30 minutes or free delivery, it would be told so at the time of delivery. But the order confirmation message claimed that it would be delivered within 30 minutes.

I have order 2 pizza in everyday value offer through domino's official website, i paid amount of rs.360 in which partial amount was taken from paypal voucher and remaining debited through my debit card, once payment completed i received order not placed message. So, i called customer care and also mailed @guestcaredominos as per the request a person called me from the near by store, he just bluffed and they were in a motive not to refund amount and not to deliver pizzas to me.

So i register my complaint here and except a good solution.

Order placed by advant it pack restutant and i want refund in my source account and same was promised by shop as well as in the call which are received as feedback call.
Plz provide the call recording for call center call as well as call done from shop assuring the source account feedback

My husband has placed order for pizza on 03.08.2019 with billing amount of rs.1598 paid through credit card. After two hours of waiting we got the call that the pizza cannot be delivered. We requested for refund which has not come till date. Received 3-4 calls from different persons but they are solving the case and are not giving the refund. Rather, they keep harassing us and tells they cannot give refund. Why refund is not possible? I want my refund and compensation for harassing me every other day.

Hi, i ordered domino's pizza via domino's app on august 19. My mobile number is [protected] which is registered in the app. After going through the payment option upi paytm, i got error msg, so i changed the bank in paytm and made another payment. I got the same message, however on both occasion my payment got deducted. Now i m losing money for the multiple payment for a single order. No payment reversed done. No help from domino's.

Customization no.1 - remove mushroom & add golden corn instead
Customization no.2 - remove onions
Your executive who attended this could not resolve this & wanted me to speak to the restaurant directly. He connected me to the chef guy who pertly replied that you have to cancel this order & order new one without understanding what happened & later told me it is bandra, mumbai dominos
Just fyi, your executive had been clearly been told my address which is already there with him
I again called your customer service to complain this & order fresh one. Your new executive said that he will resolve this issue & took order as per above customization & re-confirmed this customization
I had ordered the following with order no. Airoli dominos - 416
(1) 1+1 medium veg extravaganza pizza with cheese burst with above customizations
(2) three chocolava cakes
(3) 1 pepsi bottle

Finally your order came & when i checked it it was with onions. I really got pissed off & returned this order without making payment

Just fyi, i had again called your service no & complained & this time someone by the name harshad/arshad assured to register my complaint ref # 10736311
So the final story is you guys made my family wait for 2 hours in the process & delivered a wrong pizza

Today, i visited to the domino's and i had to wait there inside near about 15 minutes because order was not taken by the person who deals there. When i requested him to place my order he misbehaved with me. He directly showed me the exit gate to leave. I want to ask u sir why these kind of stupids you employed in your company. I want you to take a disciplinary against the person. Because this thing happens many time in this place

I have ordered a deluxe veggie medium pizza and chocolate lava from domino's near diamond in sakchi, jamshedpur and when asked for a bag they asked me rs11.42 for the bag. When told them that this is not ethical they said it is the companies policy and you have to pay. Please take a strict action against them. They were not rude but they said the same thing multiple times that they have been instructed by their upper management

I placed an order via zomato from mayur vihar and paid 2200 for the whole order. The order was not recevied and bvpoth zomato and dominos are of no help. They simply refuse to pick your call firstly and if at all they do they dont transfer and then ask the customer to keep waiting. Sheer patethic staff behaviopr, awful customer service and total harrasment. And for the last 2 days i am only following up with you guys to refund my amount.. What nonsense attitude.

I havent got the refund amount not the order yet. They told me it will reflect in account within 7 - 10 working days but its been above 15 days they havent refunded the amount.
I have ordered 2 pizzas one veg one non veg and 1 tacos. The amount was debited and tracking systems shows the order is delivered after calling number of times to customer care they told me it was by mistake and i will get one offer pizza and the refund amount post which i got points in dominos wallet but not the refund and still the amount is pending. They want to give feedback so it is zero from my side. Poor service lack of communication, lack of information, lack of delivery.

I was ordering just now 4 regular size corn pizza on every day value offer. My money got deducted from my sister's punjab national bank account but order is not placed.
In the attached photos you can see the clear page and the site showing pending status but my bank message came for deducted money. I want my money back. Or either order to be placed on time. We ordered pizza from naraina vihar dominos.

The payment was completed and order was successful. But even after 2 hours the order was not delivered. When enquired about the delivery the executives kept on blabbering and giving false excuses saying the user was not responding.

But i checked the order myself, the online state never showed "dispatched", it was only in "baked" state, when i escalated to the manager arun, he tried to fool me, but later accepted a technical glitch in the system. The delivery executive mr. Anthony also accepted his mistake and said as per the clause 300 worth of voucher shall b given.

It is almost 1 week now nothing has happened, that day we made the guests wait for 2 hours, finally my ill wife had to prepare something and the pizza had to be thrown.

Please take some action over arun and the other executives.

Most pathetic service i have everseen.
I ordered pizzas cost of 794/- rs, when i paid through online and after 1 or 2 seconds i recieved a massage that your order has been cancled and you will get your money refunded after 10 days or so and there was no reason mentioned.
I m a pregnant lady and i was having craving and that was the last money with me.
What should i do? I should wait and hold my craving for 10 days, by then dominos will invest my money in share market and get it triplicate and we customer will always be fool like this.
I have called several times to their customer care number but they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes, no reply of emails and tweets.
What should i do???

Last time i was inform by submitting pf form and such details i will not receive my pf amount till date there is no info regarding this... Please look into this.

Yesterday, i visited the domino's pizza store at perungudi, chennai. I booked my food through phone and my order number is 147.

When i went there to pick up my food,
1. There is no one respond at the counter.
2. None of the air conditioners are working
3. The restaurant is full of house flies.

Very unhygienic condition prevails in there. Since i made the order through phone, i had to purchase the ordered food. Else, on seeing the poor hygienic condition in there, i would have gone to pizza hut which is in the adjacent building.

Please take necessary action

Myself ashish kumar ordered pizza from domino's through my zomato app on 07.08.2019. My order was accepted by both domino's & zomato at 8.56 p. M. I waited for the order for 30 mins. As zomato has confirmed that my order will be delivered by 9.26 p. M. But suddenly i got a message from domino's at 9.25 p. M. That my order has been processed for cancellation. I was waiting since last 30 minutes for the delivery of pizza which was only source of dinner yesterday for me. So i called domino's and they replied that the delivery area was outside of their reach. I want to know that if they can't deliver the order why are they accepting the order and i also made the payment. Why customer/consumer had to face harrassment because of the irresponsible behaviour of domino's outlet centre staffs. Because of it i could not take any food that night and had to sleep empty stomach. I want to raise consumer complaint against this incident and against domino's. I am attaching screenshot of the messages received from domino's. Please raise my complaint and revert to me.
