So i visited bangur dominos more than two times and i had noticed flies and mosquitoes sitting on the food flying inside the outlet. Even after complaining they haven't done anything yet. It shows that they may be providing us bad food by which these flies are coming. If this is what dominos is charging us for then i must say they should return the customer's money

    Dear team,

    I booked my pizza order on 4th aug 2019 i paid amount through paytm. After 1 & 45 minutes i received my order & in very bad condition food. I called to pizza corner manager in dominoz in gamma sector greater noida for waive off my amount due to too much delay in delivery & pathetic & unhygienic food but his not answered my call & customer care also not giving any response.
    Now i want to my amount return back because its not my mistake. Nobody informed me for any type of delay service reason.

    So kindly check my issue & return my money on urgent basis.
    We are normal customer who want service from your side otherwise we will go for legal action against your service & restaurant manager.

    Sending you bill copy which i given to delivery boy with late service.

    hello,

    today i called to dominoz customer care & now they are saying that, refund will be done in dominos wallet not customer account. at the time of complaint why they are not given this information & why i am suffering with this.
    i want my money back in my account not dominoz wallet. & now customer care disconnected my call again & again & not giving any update for my money.
    So kindly hep in this matter & resolve this issue on urgent basis otherwise i ll take next legal action.

      Very poor size, your team has cancelled the order as they want us to come on road insisted of delivering the order at our doorstep which is about 10-12 stairs from road.

      Worst service also as your person was so rude to talk & was more interested in cancelling the order. Also your online system should not accept order when delivery is not possible. We were waiting for delivery & now such a poor response. I have already made several orders previously on dominos but[protected] doesn't received such a poor response.

      Bad experience. Will escalate it every where possible.

        Placed an order on 4th august, and after i finished putting my payment otp then it sad that the order was not placed but my payment went through. My account for deducted for inr 305. I called the customer care number and they were absolutely unable to help and struggled to even understand the problem. They connected me to the store where i was asked to complain to zomato when i placed the order on the dominoes app. There was no talk of even refunding the money.

        I ordered from MobiKwik wallet and money got deducted from my bank but order was not successful. I called up the customer care of dominos and they money will be refunded but i did not receive it yet. Please do the needful

          Today on 3rd august 2019, i've ordered two pizzas, i. E., 1 regular suzed margherita pizza and another one regular sized golden corn pizza at 08:28 pm. I received order at 10:08 pm but when i checked its status online and it is still showing being prepared state. I'm not sure what is going on.
          Also after getting pizza, when i opened it, it was too cold to eat and was hard to tear. I asked delivery guy to call the manager, he denied to call and said me to go to store and check with manager. Even i called customer care and they didn't provide satisfactory answer for refund as it didn't get delivered timely as domino's promised. I understood about timing and waited for 1 hour that i won't raise complain as its raining that too light rain. But i revived order like in 1 hours and 40 mins and after that also delivery guy declined to call manager which i got suggestion from customer care to do after delivery guy comes.
          Can i know what else do i need to do to get this kind of issues to get highlighted to highest business towers across globe?

            I made the order on sunday 28 july from rainbow mall pimple saudagar pune. I got a receipt confirming that the order has 30 mins delivery guarantee. However the order was more than 50 mins late. No one called me to inform about the delay. When i asked for refund and reminded them of the guarantee, they simply backed out saying that its raining and they have removed the guarantee. I told them i have the receipt as a proof and when i placed the order the guarantee was active so i am still eligible for refund. The customer care person told me to go ahead and do whatever i can but he will not give the money back. Its as if we live in a 3rd world banana republic and these foreign companies can bully us in whatever twisted manner.
            I want this refund not because of money but as a rightful right of indians who will not tolerate injustice in any form, that we want to be treated the way developed nations citizens are treated and law of land is respected so indian law is not taken for a ride.

              I placed order on 27 july at 9.39pm, order number was 536. I got order by 11.20 pm and pepsi was missing from my order. Then delivery boy said that don't worry sir today its our issue and domino's is going to refund you your payment. Pepsi is not stock at store only so you will get refund.
              I am waiting from then and i am yet to get any communication about refund.
              Please help me with this and let me know where is my refund.

                I am citizen of kolkata. On 30th july i order pizza and taco mexican from metro polish mall dominos outlet highland park. They asked for takeaway i said yes and handed me with a paper bag with there dominos logo. But when i saw the bill it showed the charge of paper bag r's. 11.42. Always it's impossible to carry bags with us every where and sometimes we r not decided from home of purchasing something out. So it's totally awful to charge for a carry bag. And up on that they charged extra 50/- on pizza mania of 95/- regular size says that regular bread is finished so we are giving extra soft bread so instead of 200/- you have to pay 250/-. What was going on?

                      This outel in belgaum Tilakwadi has 3 computers to take order but they made me wait for more than 15 mins becoz staff was only one to take order and on the rude attitude when i asked y nly 1 person to take order and how long u all vil make us wait, the satff Serivice is the worst ever and i have update the bill copy and marked the staff name on the bill

                          So, i ordered a pizza, tacos and crispy strips. The pizza tasted : (Moreover it had some random stranger's hair in it. It sucked. I have ordered pizza and other stuff many times but this experience was disgusting, i wouldn't recommend anyone to order pizza from the irresponsible domino's ever. More over i didnt receive the dip with the sticks.

I bought 2 panner pizza at a Domino's outlet near chapru Nagar square then they handle me paper bag and they charge for it 10 rs, as a consumer right law they didn't have right to charge for it because it's totally free of coast ... Please note my compliment and take action beacoz they charge too much...

                            refund money with policy under tsg(total satisfaction guarantee)

                            Still My payment is not refunded at my Amazon pay wallet. My order of Dominos pizza was late dilevered on the date - 6 July 2019. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have also asked to customer care she suggested to me amount will be refund within 7 working days. Now 20 days has been passed. No any input is texted to me from Domino's side....

                              Hi there,

                              I'm srinivas, i have ordered pizza on night of 27 may'19 (My 1st order in dominos).

                              Order details : order number :191, veerannapalya, bangalore.

                              It deep night and restaurants stopped accepting order after knowing that delivery status to your team. I called the call center multiple times but no connect to the deliver execute and they have no update on the status of my order. Pizza delivered after 2hrs with out any apology.

                              Call center suggested that i will get free pizza as i order was delivered late and i called the customer care more 4times for the credit.

                              I have no update from your team. Is it fair business practice to cheat people with false promises?

                              It was frustrating night with hunger and i'm speechless with the treatment of big branded food chain.

                              Do needful or i will sue you guys for this illicit business promises.

                                On 4th july i had ordered food worth 772 rs from the dominos website using my laptop. I paid from my google pay account. However the merchant site crashed and while the money was deducted the order was never placed. It has been 17 normal days and more than ten working days and the refund still hasn't been done. Everytime i call the helpline they keep "apologising" for the inconvenience but don't do anything. I want my refund! This is ridiculous

                                  Today 20th july 2019, i had placed domino's pizza order through swiggy. Even after 2 hours my order was not delivered. Domino's updated the order as delivered without delivering the food. The same is reflected in swiggy also.
                                  Since in both domino's and swiggy the order is updated with the status as delivered, my money is also not refunded.
                                  Also, inspite of continuous communication with the domino's delivery person, they are stating that my phone was not reachable.

                                    Today 20/07/19, ordered pizza with bill number 145 at 19:29. Order was given with 30 mins guarantee. But with in 29 mins, it was updated in portal that it is delivered without delivering pizzas. Up on delivery it is asked to delivery boy and he was dictating new rules. He was stating that i will be blocked in dominos to provide services though his manager is online in phone. This is 3rd time it is happening

                                    Dominoes kharadi pune location i have ordered a pizza and sides order no 480 on 21 jul .As promised they could not deliver pizza in 30 min.I called customer care and others they were arguing that they have deliver pizza . please see attached screenshot they have not even dispatch pizza not refunding as 30 min policy.

                                      I had placed my order on july 4th it was delivered late. The executive told me i will get my refund in 7 working days. I had follow up after 7 days. They said 7 more days. I again called them on 20 th july. Now they are just started transferring my call to each other. Then i even called the store they are not answering my call and once executive had picked my call but he says he has poor signal.
                                      Don't fool customers u work in hospitality industry. You can trace each n every call and mail. Even feedback is also un answered.
                                      Show your professionalism guys.
