I ordered for Dominos Pizza African Peri Peri Chicken at M-83. M-Block Market GK-2, New Delhi with the State Code 07. My Invoice Number is 65761/19/3900. Order 232 4/13/2019 at 7:34PM . Server : Komal. I tried calling in their nos.telephone nos.[protected]/47525700, but none picks the call.

I paid for 2 Med BU AFRCN PP CHK and was delivered vegetarian with applicable GST totalling Rs. 835.80/-

Kindly refund the balance amount of the two pizzas to me as I was delivered vegetarian instead of non-vegetarian. This is really a sorry state of affairs with an organization of your category in the subsequent week this is my second complaint. Kindly respond. Have given the two attachments. Invoice and the Pizza Delivered packet.

I have recently placed an order for rs.372 with dominoes on 10th april 2019 at 8:55 pm and the order delivered to me at 9:55, exactly 60 minutes after the order was placed.

I lodged a compliant with dominos #8978011 at the same time. They said that a call back will be arranged within 24 hrs and the matter will resolved. I havent got the call back since today, 12th april 2:55 pm.

I have been trying to call the store but there number do not exist. I have called the customer care 3 times and got the same reply that we are unable to reach to the store so we will arrange a call back within 10 minutes, but not sure when will there 10 minutes get over.

Dominos, if you can not full fill the order within 30 minutes, do not make false claims.

I placed my order through swiggy app on 10 th april from kudghat... After 15 mins i received a call from your end and told that the order has been cancelled due to the distance and rs 1322 will be refunded by 48 hours... But then i checked the app once again today where it was mentioned that my order has been delivered... Swiggy told me that dominos handle their orders by their own... So now after 48 hours i am asking you to refund my money as you promised before...

Yesterday i have places my order but have not received yet. On your official app it is showing delivered.
I call customer care 5 times but every time they could not find the correct status and drooped my call.

I am following the process because i want to take this in consumer court as this is totally not acceptable from food supplier that they are not having any proper contact for their customer.
Ruining a largest food chain but concerns about customer.

This is fraud case where dominoes is making money without delivering the product.

I have ordered 1barbeque chicken pizza and 2white pastas.
But pasta's quality didn't matched up to the expectation.
Even having a conversation with branch manager on this. There is no efforts taken on it.
Pizza at bytco point, nashik, maharashtra, is never as per the expectations.
Highly disappointed with the quality of pasta and also with the service.

Dominos app take order after identifying location, taking payment prior, giving GUARANTEED delivery in a single moment.After few minutes outlet calls, denied to deliver order, giving false info about delivery.No answer from customer service, they gave only apology. In the end no pizza, T&C'S of Dominos went into hell, advance payment still with them and they will keep until 7 working days.

I have ordered pizza from zomato and i have made the payment by Phonepe directly but due to some location error dominos from CP said that we are cancelling your order and you will get refund within 7 working days, BUT TILL NOW TODAY IS 10TH APRIL 2019 I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND AMOUNT AND THE MANAGER FROM DOMINOS SITING IN CP MAKING FAKE COMMITMENTS ALWAYS THAT YOU WILL GET AFTER 5 DAYS AND SO ON, REALLY FED UP WITH THIS AND WOULD NEVER GO WITH DOMINOS NOW AS THE SERVICES ARE SO POOR AND EVERY COMMITMENT MADE BY THEM IS TOTALLY FALSE. the manager sitting in CP ALWAYS SAYS THAT UR AMOUNT IS INITIATED FROM US BUT TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK . This is my 3rd complaint regarding the pizza from last 2 month im your regular customer which u can check with my no. ([protected] / [protected])
Yesterday i have order a pizza cheese & barbecue along with cheese burst which i told on phone 3 to 4 time i need cheese burst at your chetna college bandra (Mumbai) outlet.
I have collected from the outlet at the counter i opened the pizza box and again ask the cashier is this with cheese burst she replied yes sir. After taking the pizza home to eat i was very surprise there was no cheese in it the pizza was complete dry and was fully burned (Jala hua tha pizza) attaching you the pic please take this matter seriously we are paying money you people are not giving us free i want your head to call me regarding this last time one person called me and gave this no. And told me whenever u want to order pizza just call me but it was a stupidity from your side to close the matter know i need a head call from your side

With due respect, I ordered pizza at 05:45 pm on 8th April 2019.And I got pizza at 07:10 pm 8th April 2019.80 minutes after order placed.when talked to manager Mr. Vivek chauhan he talked rudely and said delivery boy to return pizza instead of giving free pizza..but I paid for the pizza.now I want free pizza as the rule is rule. instead of free pizza dominos staff behaviour was very very rude... after complaint at dominos they have not taken any strict action..

I have placed orders on 4th January 2019 and 20th March 2019. Both the orders were canceled by Dominos Pizza on the grounds of “Out of delivery area.” I had made payment for both the orders using my debit card. Their refund policy says that refund will be done within 7-10 business days. Today is 8th of April 2019 and I have still not received refunds for both the orders. I’ve been trying to contact them and get a status for the refunds but the only answer I get is “you will get a call back, sir.” Haven’t received a call back from them even once and I also haven’t received refunds for either of the two orders.

Sir, I just ordered a pizza from domino's app. After a few minutes it showed that the order has failed and there is no sign of refund. Rupees 1331 has been deducted from my account. I am really worried about it. How do I go about with this? continous Follow up and raise concern immediately, every time 2 or 3 day refund to be in account.Till Date No action or refund . is this Domino's normal practice for digest customer money ?

We have made online payment to domino's pizza rs 541 for indi-tandoori paneer.
But said pizza was delivered to customer.

Pizza not received.

Firstly i received my order late. And secondly the food was spoiled and broken from sides. Have been trying to contact dominos agents since the last 2 days. No response from their side. This is seriously not acceptable and please get back on my issue or i have to take some serious action. My reference number is 8924238. I have been trying to call them but none of them are responding to my complaint. What else can i do to highlight my problem. When the delivery agent arrived i told him that he was late and even he agreed that he was late. The food was over cooked as a result of which it was hardcore crispy and broke

I got my pizza 1 and half hour late. I called the customer care 15 times out of which 2 times they hung up and 1 was rude and i asked 5 times for supservisor they say he will call in 5 mins or 10- 15 mins its been 4 days yet no one has called and before hearing the query they say the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days but they are not giving proper solution. If this is how they are behaving being a customer care they should shut it down. They are just sitting to take the order if you say you want to complaint about it they will hang up on you or they will say the supervisor will call. Very pathetic service they are very rude. Because o[censored]s theh are getting our salary and still they behave like this. Dominoa please give training to your employees on how speak politely.

Worst experience. I ordered by online payment. App showing as delivered after 50 mins. Customer care continuously escalating to a team who cuts the call after making me wait every time for 10 mins. I called them 10 times. My money wasted. My time wasted. My dinner experience wasted. I got absolutely no resolution. Total fraud. It seems i made the biggest mistake to rely on domino's.

Iam balaji. I have worked at domino's for 1.5 years. Before 7 months i resigned my job and applied for my pf amount. But still now i was not received my pf amount. Many times i gone and contact them but my pf amount not received still now. I had given my full effort in my job but didn't give any response to their employees. This is very worst. Without employees support no one do anything soo plss slove employees problem. I worked in domino's chennai. Plss any one take any for my compliant.

Worst experiences with dominos.

I had placed a order to dominos on sunday i. E.31/03/2019 through mobile app. My order no 301 delivered late about 45 minutes to the actual delivery time. I had complained this to customer support and they ensure to credit back delay penalty of 300 rs within 24 hrs.
But till the time i have not received any amount. Yesterday i received a call from bhiwadi restaurant manager mr shankar, his response was so very irresponsible and rude. I complained to customer support, and support team ensure about call back from seniors. But never got a call back.

Now i won't just request for a refund, but need a strict action against the restaurant manager mr. Shankar.

Never never order to dominos... Even my children hated dominos from now

Hi.. I placed an order worth 2200 using [protected] number in Dominoes mothers branch.. It was placed at 8 pm 31/3/19.. We waited for more than 45 mins and since then we're trying to get the details of the order as it was not delivered.. After many calls it was deliverer at 9:50 ... We had guests at home for dinner.. It was an embarrassing experience... Am really annoyed with this behaviour.. It was a shameful thing as food was not served served hot and was way too late.. Need this to escalate to the highest authority.. Call me on [protected]
