Because of not proper packaging all the cheese and stuff from pizza came out of the box. Even though taste is good its not in the proper condition to have it. Please improve the packaging so that people who takes away the order can have it properly. Now i need my issue to be solved and the customer service team is not responding, please do solve that too...

I ordered pizza on march 21 2019 from domino's pizza mobile app of rs.449.0 and paid through paytm. The same amount is deducted from my payment mode (Paytm) but the order failed after some time because of your restaurant is not accepted my order after this i have ordered the same amount of pizza and paid through amazon pay, again the same amount of rs.449.0 is deducted from my payment mode (Amazon pay) but the order failed the reason is same...

I had order through dominos official app as always. But this time i had a very bad experience. Prepaid order.
While tracking the order, suddenly the status showed as delivered but i didn't receive anything. I tried calling the number provided but everything was invalid number. Then i personally went and had to argue with the manager regarding this issue and collect my order afresh....

I ordered a farmhouse small pizza and my money got deducted from my debit card but order failed. Then i again tried and ordered failed and my money got deducted twice i. E. 294 +294=588.

I have ordered above items and received after 2 hours. Garlic bread was rotten because of which i got food poisioning.. Its unhealthy i want serious action. All the food stuff was old and after half an hour of consumption i got vomiting due to poisioning.

Placed an order for 523 rs via Domino's app and prepaid the order through Amazon pay. The order 'failed' not cancelled and didn't even get an acknowledgement message for reversal of amount.
