I ordered pizza from Dominos ETT outllet Noida on 8th March order number was 98 . The pizza came 1 hour late and I was assured of refund of rs 300 which I have not received till date. I have already made 4 calls every time they open a case and close it without giving the refund. The mode of payment was paytm. Please help in refund as the ETT people are not interested in giving refund and always trying to delay the matter.

      Hi Team.

      I placed an order on 31st march which was 30 mins guarantee but not delivered on time and also when i call to check they said it's not 30 mins its 40 to 45 mins time.

      It's a request please don't fool customer by 30mins guarantee i[censored] can't keep the words and t&c no where mention that for weekends there is a different rule and if please don't show guarantee message.

      As a proof i am sharing all the images.

        I make online order on 17 march 2019 and paid through paytm but the order is not delivered to me, the delivery man said to me that he don't delivered in this location.

        Now I am waiting for my refund but non of the your system's part are contacting me or assuring me of my refund.

        Is it's customer fault to try online payment.

        Refund of failed order should be refund immediately but till no refund received.

          I've placed an order with Dominos on 10th April 2018 at 1am with Rs. 671
          They cancelled it after 20 minutes saying that the location is far away and my amount will get refunded within 6-7 working days.
          It's almost an year now
          And I've been after them to get the refund or replacement order, but they've been fooling me around each time, giving reference numbers but no actual action is taken.They consider customers as a puppet.It seems I've been begging for my own money
          Wonderful service by such an esteemed brand !!!
          Hatsofffff ... really !!!
          Now, They put my call on hold for a long duration and later say that we'll call you back
          But never do.
          I have attach screenshot for yesterdays talk. They said they will call in 24 hours but not received yet..
          Today again i call several times.
          One agent told me that contact manager and peovided his number.
          Manager is also not responding. I tried several times to reach him.
          Kindlt check screenshot for order and other references.
          I have to spend much time every week for this non sense thing.

              My order was 15 minutes late from the guranteed time and when i tried calling on the customer service number it said the number doesn't exist. I tried contacting them through feedbacks but again no replies received. And now on the application they are showing that the order is delivered on time which is not. This is so unprofessional on their part and i don't get this why and how could these people guarantee 30 minutes delivery. Even the delivery guy was rude didn't even apologized for it. If the order is late they gurantee refund and that also didn't happen.

                The service of domino is only for the persons staying in flats and bungalows, the peoples of slums are totally ignored by the pizzas and burgers home delivery... The advertisement shows that the best service ever anywhere anytime... But this is only for the flats and bungalows public's.

                I given the order of 2 regular size-pepper barbecue chicken, 1 butterscotch, 1 pepsi, but after hearing the address that i am staying sakinaka lbs nagar the domino person totally refused to come for home delivery,,, in front of our chawl 1 society is there which is 50meter away from our chawl.. The service is available upto that building only..50mt away the service is not possible even the road is good.
                I think the chawl public don't have any right to get home delivery of pizza and to eat the richest persons roti.

                  Day before, me n my husband ate 1 pizza and 1 stuffed garlic bread bought from dominos pizza mittal mall bathinda city. Then next morning we both felt nausea, vomiting, loose motions, stomach ache and when we went to the doctor he said its food poisoning.. This is very big disappointment with such a big brand dominos.. Im attaching the dominos order message.. Mobile no. [protected] see and take action on it

                    I went k star mall domines to watch movie and my show timings was around 8.20pm so my wife decided to eat pizza i place d the order for regular barbecue pizza and i paid 2000/- the guy asked me to wait till the counter token get vissible and told me i ll be getting my bill and balance with the order, as we waited for token number 101 amd finally we recieved it but in the hurry of movie we di not the change back as well the balance money, my name is been register with the dominoes in the name of shama, iam staying in bandra so it wont be able to get them again but this is really unsatisfied things happen with me,,, so request you people dont trust dominoes guy.
                    Even numbers are not there to call them and asked them to get the money back

                      I ordered my pizza and waited one hour. My pizza order is done throgh paytm on 26 march 2019 (today) and order no. was 225. My address was shaheen bagh and call no. -[protected].
                      I asked the delivery guy whats the problem
                      I showed all the terms and condition mentioned by ur dominos. He was so care free and told me u will get refund. He told me that u will recieve ur money online after 7 days. When i asked for how should i trust u so he told me to take his manager no. And talk to him. I told ok one should believe not everyone is cheater. So i dont have trust issues but u should do ur job correctly. So he told me ok mam i will go and cut this reciept that it was late something about the process.
                      Now i dont no whether he had done this thing or not atleast u should send a msg before actual transaction that ur payment will be refunded etc due to the late delivery including your apology.if thereBut is a proper way of complaining about this thing tell me? i think ur service need to improve.

                        Hi,
                        I placed an order of rs 311 of dominos pizza c-scheme jaipur through swiggy app on 8th march 2019. Dominos cancelled the order due to long waiting time of around 2hr but on swiggy app the order was shown delivered and dominos sent cancellation message. I contacted both they both kept diverting the concern and asked me wait for 24 hrs regularly. I have been regularly contacting swiggy and dominos for the same but both just kept on putting responsibility on each other and asked me to just wait.

                        Attached are the screenshots of most of convo with swiggy, how many times i tried contacting dominos (From 8th to 23 march), video of dominos showing my refund just processing from 8'th march till date but not initiated, payment/money deducted from wallet, swiggy app showing order delivered and dominos showing cancellation message.

                        I hope that now i will get response back and my complain will be looked forward and will be resolved as soon as possible.

                        I ordered two cheese burst pizza and got delivered after 45 minutes. I paid 475 for that order but it is not worth it for even 200.the order was too cold

                          I ordered 2 pizza yesterday (23 mar, 2019) the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 836. I had paid the amount via sbi internet banking. The transaction was successful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. Transaction id is qsbi[protected]. I had already shared the snaps regarding the same to you nearest office over whatsapp. But till now my money has not been refunded

                          I got scammed by dominos, i placed order from mobile app, paid via evoucher and now restaurant cancelled the order and saying they wont be able to refund the money/voucher, purely a scam by dominos.

                          So pls help to refund back my amount ASAP.

                            After calling around 10 pm your order is cancelled.

                              packaging not good

                              Because of not proper packaging all the cheese and stuff from pizza came out of the box. Even though taste is good its not in the proper condition to have it. Please improve the packaging so that people who takes away the order can have it properly. Now i need my issue to be solved and the customer service team is not responding, please do solve that too...

                              I ordered pizza on march 21 2019 from domino's pizza mobile app of rs.449.0 and paid through paytm. The same amount is deducted from my payment mode (Paytm) but the order failed after some time because of your restaurant is not accepted my order after this i have ordered the same amount of pizza and paid through amazon pay, again the same amount of rs.449.0 is deducted from my payment mode (Amazon pay) but the order failed the reason is same that your restaurant is not accepted my order. The total amount of rs.898.0 is not refunded to me yet. I sent a mail regarding to this to domino's and also call customer care but still i have not receive my refund. Please help me out.

                                I had order through dominos official app as always. But this time i had a very bad experience. Prepaid order.
                                While tracking the order, suddenly the status showed as delivered but i didn't receive anything. I tried calling the number provided but everything was invalid number. Then i personally went and had to argue with the manager regarding this issue and collect my order afresh. I don't know whether the delivery person gowtham had delivered it to his friends or to avoid giving free pizza as he was about the cross the 30mins of order time which will affect his performance, he changed status. Or he was trying to cheat as it was online payment order.
                                I had to wait for 1 hour to receive my order which was not even a home delivery.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have given pizza order on thursday night of march 21, 2019 via dominos mobile app twice for which payment was deducted from my account. Details of payment made are attached below.

                                    Further since the order was pending for first order i had called dominos worli outlet for confirmation but the executive said of having not received the order and informed to place second order again from the app. Hence i placed same order again from the app which again got failed and money got deducted again.

                                    After calling the outlet again the executive started speaking rudely and said they have not received the order. I insisted on helping me for placing the order but she hang up the call. After making repeated calls by me and my brother again to place the order over the phone the executive kept hanging up the call. When my wife started speaking the executive responded saying order will take 1 and half hour and again hanged up the call. My wife called again and when i insisted on speaking with stores manager the executive replied saying he is not available and hunged up the call again.

                                    This attitude of the executive was really uncalled and unprofessional. This type of behaviour towards customer is not acceptable and i need justice and my money back. I am really disappointed with the dominos service after this incident.

                                    Not to mention that the worli outlet is really not at par with other dominos outlet as to its service and pizza qualities. I must have made numerous complaints before yesterday complaining on the pizza quality and now this type of attitude executive shows toward customer was really not called for.

                                    I am attaching all the screenshots of order placed twice and payment messages towards the same. I expect justice and action action the executive of worli dominos outlet.

                                    Awaiting for positive response.
