Dear Domino’s Customer Care Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent pizza order from Domino’s.
I was extremely disappointed to find a hair piece inside the pizza I ordered. This is a serious issue related to food safety and hygiene, and it made the food completely inedible. I have clear video evidence of the hair piece found in the pizza, which I can provide if required.
Unfortunately, due to the late timing of the order, I was unable to request a replacement immediately. As a result, I did not receive any replacement or refund, and my money was not returned, even though the issue was entirely from your side.
This experience has caused both inconvenience and loss of trust. I request:
A full refund of the order amount, and
Strict action to ensure better hygiene and quality checks in the future.
I hope Domino’s will take this complaint seriously and resolve the matter at the earliest.
