Domino's Pizza — deducted money twice once by app second during customer care complaint and no order | |||||
Date of incidence: Jan 6, 2019 from 18:00hrs to 20:29hrs Screenshot attached: - for the order The incidence: - i order via dominos app using amazon pay balance. The app didn't generate order id and i got no response from the app. I contacted customer care they initiated a refund and asked me to place order order again this time pay by paytm. I did same the customer care guy said he received the order and the pizza will be delivered soon. - after an hour i contacted support to know the status. Now the app showed a new order but again the support told me order has not been placed. They directed me to the store i. E. I. P. Extension. They said they will send the order. - they delivery guy asked for money stating order was cash on delivery. Called customer care again they just kept connecting me with the store to no resolution. Now over rs. 1600 in hole over 2hrs of frustation and no result. Was this information helpful? | |||||
