[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Domino's pizza refund | |||||
I was trying to place an order for dominos pizza online on their website on last friday, feb 10th, 2017. The total money i lost was rupees 636/- I had rupees 316/- in my mobikwik balance, There was a discount on mobikwik so i chose to pay through mobikiwik and rest of the money i paid by my citi bank card (Rupees 320/-). During online ordering at the final stage. I chose debit card transaction and i was taken to that webpage of dominos which says 'order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.' I immediately called up the dominos store (Dominos store - marathahalli branch) which i had selected for delivery and spoke to the manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem. The order# is hmbk[protected] showing on my mobikiwik history. Please check and refund my amount of 636. Was this information helpful? | |||||
