I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding Order No. 149, placed on 26oct2025from your outlet located at SCF No. 49-50, Upper Ground Floor, Haibowal Khurd, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001.
The delivery was delayed by over an hour, which caused considerable inconvenience. More concerning was the conduct and delivery method of your staff member, Mr. Dutta Dutta. Upon arrival, he delivered the pizza without a proper thermal bag. The pizza boxes was placed directly on the footrest of his two-wheeler — the same area where he rested his feet — raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
This incident reflects a troubling lapse in operational standards and basic customer service. The food arrived cold, handled in an unsanitary manner, and the overall experience was unacceptable for a brand of Domino’s reputation.
I request immediate corrective action and a formal response addressing this issue. Additionally, I expect appropriate compensation for the poor service and the time wasted due to the delay and mishandling of the order.
