Domino's Pizza — HELP!!! - Poor Customer service - Pondicherry Managers - [protected]
Just that I’m addicted to Domino’s, my interest towards your pizza’s has be very badly compromised by the Managers of Pondicherry from the store that’s located at Mission Street. If you can look into my registered number, you can find a lot of orders under Dominos from Pondicherry or Madurai account and of course from Zomato or Swiggy periodically.
Here is what happened,
My first recent order ( Since Issue started with) was on 25th April and my order number was 82.
The Pizza was definitely losing the quality and completely no Cheese. It was dry. I reported Immediately to he available Manager who’s name was Mansoor. He promised to give me discount and extra cheese on my next order ( Actually its kind of easy method nowadays to handle a problem). Like there was no empathy on my concern or a real fix to what I pay.
Then after days I made my second Order on 31th May and my order number was 29.
I tried calling Mansoor, who was busy to pick ma call. After a continuous struggle, I got him on WhatsApp while he said, he can do nothing about the promise as he quit Domino’s. And may be I can reach out the existing Manager for help ( Don’t you think this is sick). I tried reaching Punniadharasan who seems to be a manager ( Only by designation and now by roles) and he never picked up my calls. I kept calling him continuously back to back and he just kept rejecting my calls while he was busy on another call. With no help from him, I placed my second order getting nothing and I filled a complaint using the Dominos app expressing my agitation mentioning his name. He then called me and tried to be smart on call that he did not notice my calls so I asked him to verify the calls and the time and the number of attempts I made to reach him by asking him to check his call list. Accepting the mistake he gave me a new promise that my next order will be compliment for all the pain I faced. The call ended with “HOPE”
Now regarding my Third Order, I called Punniadharasan today (14/06/2021) and requesting him to use my phone number to get my address to send me the complimentary Pizza’s just like my regular order’s. He said he is on leave, The moment I got Frustrated he said he will reach someone at store to get me the compliment, and the call ended. I shared him my interested Pizza’s over what’s app.
Later, I got a message from his stating I’m being charged for the pizza’s which was reflecting a value more than the value of What I place on the app. I called him and said it was a complimentary and why do I pay, he just denied and said he can get me discount and not free. I said, thank you if he is not ready going to stick to his words.
Later I got a call from another Manager from the same store Named Mr. Nagappan who just told straight to me, that whatever may be the promise it is only a discount and never a free Pizza’s ( with his terrible English and rude attitude and insulting manager tone). I got nothing much to talk to him after I’m being soo badly insulted for 800Rs which was never an issue while I order Pizzas from Domino’s since years more than lakhs I paid all my life.
This is heart breaking and I will never reach out Dominos with the shame and insult. I thought there could be a lot of people like me who might have felt the same like me because of this cheap hospitably from your Managers.
