Domino's Pizza — Money deducted but didn't get pizza and no refund processed yet | |||||
An amount of INR 602 was deducted from my PAYTM wallet towards "BILLDESK" for an order from domino's pizza on 14th JAN 2016 around 12PM, Chennai (Store Details: DLF IT Park, Manapakkam PIN-600089)and the order wasn't acknowledged by Dominos, and hence i didn't get the pizza. i again made a payment and on second time my order got confirmed and got pizza. my concern is that still i didn't get any update on my first transaction refund. The reference number is "BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected]". i struggled to find the customer care number but no response. I expect a refund as quick as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
