[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Money deducted but didn't get pizza | |||||
An amount of INR 630 was deducted from my paytm wallet towards "BILLDESK" for an order from domino's pizza and the order wasn't acknowledged by the latter, and hence didn't get the pizza. The reference number is #EPT[protected]. As if not getting the pizza wasn't bad enough, a refund wasn't processed immediately or at least, intimated. I expect a refund as quick as possible. Dec 31, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The refund has been credited back to paytm account, 6 days after registering the complaint, by BILLDESK Under the name 'failed transaction'. There was no intimation by mail though. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
