Domino's Pizza — no money was refunded as order was delivered in near about 54 min late

I gave order of indian tandoori paneer pizza (regular size) and a pepsi at 21.33 on dated 13.04.19.
But it was delivered at 22.26 on date 13.04.19.
As it is clear that this delivery was late as it should be within 30 min.
I didn't get any money refund from dominos.
I paid the amount of 386 rs from my paytm account.
