Domino's Pizza — payment deduction on app with order being reflected | |||
Placed an order on 4th august, and after i finished putting my payment otp then it sad that the order was not placed but my payment went through. My account for deducted for inr 305. I called the customer care number and they were absolutely unable to help and struggled to even understand the problem. They connected me to the store where i was asked to complain to zomato when i placed the order on the dominoes app. There was no talk of even refunding the money. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered from MobiKwik wallet and money got deducted from my bank but order was not successful. I called up the customer care of dominos and they money will be refunded but i did not receive it yet. Please do the needful
