Domino's Pizza — Payment Made Online and Order not confirmed/served | |||
I placed order from dominos.co.in, of Rs 570/-. Money is deduced from my PayTM wallet and also from my credit card. But didn't received any order update from dominos, either on my email or mobile number which I had provided with my order. We waited for 2 hours till 11:15PM, before we concluded its not going to be placed. I tried reaching customer care and was on call for more than 30 minuets in 4 attempts but I could only listen to message (Dominos Chef's inspiration pizza by Vikas Khanna, and all executives busy). Twice call was connected but disconnected from the executives side without saying anything.
