Domino's Pizza — Payment using FreeCharge for Domino's | |||||
I had placed order via Domino's mobile app and tried to make payment via Freecharge. The money got deducted from my Freecharge account and to surprise the order was not placed. To surprise Domino's customer care is not approachable and Freecharge says the payment was successful. Freecharge message i received was "you paid Rs 384 via FreeCharge at Dominos (OrderID:[protected])". Please look in to this matter and process the required refund. I have ordered via dominos app and payment with freecharge app. Payment got successfull in freecharge account, my wallet money got deducted but no ordered placed so i lost my 547 rs. I also got received a message of "Hi Poojan, you paid Rs 547 via FreeCharge at Dominos (OrderID:[protected]). Updated Bal Rs 33. Flat Rs.75 cashback on IRCTC website " plz give my money back

Domino's customer care confirmed that order hasn't been placed and Freecharge says the payment was successful. Freecharge message i received was "you paid Rs 525 via FreeCharge at Dominos (OrderID:[protected])". Please look in to this matter and process the required refund.
