I placed an order with Dominos Gachibowli branch at 8:16 order number 192 on August 28, 2014. This is like 11:00PM the pizza is not yet delivered. I called the pizza placa for like 4 times and everytime they say it is already dispatched and on the way. I have 2 kids waiting for the pizza for 3 hrs and now no one picks up the phone.

I have ordered Domino's Medium Chef's Chicken at 9 40 PM today at Dominos Kamothe, Order No : 254, but the order wasn't delivered instead of amount paid already . LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY .

Pizza was ordered at 10:30pm at Dominos S.A.S. NAgar phase 10 outlet.

no response from restaurant side and they did not answer my calls repeatedly.
waited for one hour, no delivery.

I ordered a pizza at 9:45 pm, order no: 204, it's 11:21 pm and I tried calling them but no one picked up. The site says it's dispatched but I haven't received it yet. (p.s. I paid online.)

I ordered pizza at 7:48 Pm . . But i have received at 9:45 PM and they are asking money for the late delivery.

I ORDERED A PIZZA AT 9:30PM(ORDER NO. 205, FROM HINJAWADI DOMINOS, TALUKA MULSHI, PUNE--INVOICE NO.DPI66057/15-16/12265), AT THE FIRST PLACE PIZZA WAS NOT DELIVERED TILL 11:15PM, PIZZA DELIVERY BOY CAME ONLY AFTER WE PLACED SO MANY CALLS.THE DELIVERY GUY CAME AT 11:30PM(02 HOURS AFTER PLACEMENT OF THE ORDER) AND ACCORDING TO YOUR POLICY WE ASKED FOR FREE PIZZA BUT INSTEAD HE SAID ONLY SOME DISCOUNT CAN BE GIVEN.IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE EXPECT FROM YOUR SIDE.YOU KEPT ME WAITING AND STARVED FOR 02 HOURS.THAT TOO WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.THESE IS REALLY NOT EXPECTED FROM A BRAND LIKE DOMINOS.

Pizza was not delivered on time from BTM layout second stage. Order was placed at 10 pm and the delivery boy is calling at 12:30 at night.
