I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue with my recent pizza order (Order No. 44) placed through your application on June 7, 2025. When I received my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that the pizza was poorly assembled, with all the toppings completely fallen off, and the taste was bland at best.
That same day, I visited the Badlapur West store and spoke with Mr. Chetan to address my concerns. While I requested his employee ID for my records, he declined to provide it. However, he assured me that I would receive a refund within seven working days. Unfortunately, it has now been well beyond that period, and I still have not received the refund in my account.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that the necessary actions are taken to resolve it. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to your swift response.
