Domino's Pizza — refund complaint | |||
Hello there, yesterday i ordered pizza at night around 12:30 am, it went through and the amount got deducted from my ola money wallet. However after waiting for almost 2 & half hrs, the dominos guy calls me and says that the delivery man somehow met with an accident and all the pizza got damaged, but prior to that i had called him and he said to me that the delivery man is on his way which was almost an hour back before the call about the delivery man's supposed accident. I am truly disheartened by the service, if you cannot deliver it at night, why the heck do you even keep the service. Coming to point now, how will get my money back? It's been more than 1 hour and still i have not received my ordered and when i had discussion with store employe Named: Ashis and Store Location: Shop No. 8 Opp. Chetana College, Bandra East, Mumbai, 400051 told me that i have to pay for order but as per your police if order is not delivered in 30 mins it will be free.so pls look in to this mater.
