[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Refund for late delivery | |||
I had ordered for a home delivery and had paid online for the pizza. However the pizza arrived post the 30minutes scheduled arrival. I spoke to one of the staff at the store and she assured I would get a refund within 7-10working days and now it has been over 15days but no response. Also there was no mail sent regarding any confirmation that refund would be given. It was a telephonic conversation. Kindly let me know why is there a delay in the refund.
