I placed an order with Domino’s which was delivered 45 minutes late, clearly violating their widely advertised 30-minute delivery guarantee, which promises a refund or free pizza in case of late delivery. Despite this, no refund has been issued even after three full days and multiple complaints.
What is even more frustrating is that despite sharing a valid and reachable phone number, Domino’s falsely claims that the number is not reachable. I have not received a single missed call, which shows no real attempt was made to contact me.
I have also called the store multiple times, but the staff never answers, nor do they return my calls. The issue has been completely ignored, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
This reflects a serious failure in both service delivery and customer support, and a complete disregard for the 30-minute delivery policy Domino’s publicly promotes. Was this information helpful? |
