I am hear to file a complain regading Dot cabs india ptv.lts I booked a cab at 4:15pm on 15/9/2023 from Hyderabad, Telangana for 4 hours/40kms and they said it’s a wait of 1 hour we get pick up at 5:15 but at last 5:10 we got call from agent seyed and un professional cancel my booking and ask me to wait another 1 hour and. Lastly call me and he confirm that there are no cabs . He wasted my time 1.5 hours and he suggested me to book another company can. I ask for compensation and no response and rude behaviour

    Sir, my parcel (books) which is dispatched around 30 days ago.nd it arrived at courier centre but they didn't deliver in 30 days which one is affecting my whole preparation.i complaint on his portal but it's already more than 15 days they didn't provide any solution or give satisfactory answer .so kindly look into this concern and solve it as soon as possible.thank you

        I have booked tayota innova 8 hrs before as we are having huge baggage to airport. I got the confirmation from dot cab booking executive that it’s confirm Tayota innova. But just before 30mins to pick up they haves called and saying we have only sedan. This is very very irresponsible and customer focus less behaviour. Where can I go in the early morning 430am. And later they cancelled the booking.

        This is not first time for me. It’s second time. I thought they have improved. But I got to know that they will not improve.

          Yesterday I wanted to book a cab from Hyderabad Airport to my place, I had asked Asif an executive at the call center to provide me with the 30KM package that costs Rs.500/-. At first he said yes the package is available please go to the booking desk and book for the same but the booking desk person denied for the mentioned package and spoke with Asif, after speaking with the desk person at Airport Asif turned on his words and started saying that the package is discontinued and I will have to pay as per the meter. When I asked him as to why was he turning from the previous statement he made, he had no answer and cut the call abruptly.

          This shows that Dot Cabs needs to teach their customer executive about the way they should be speaking

            I have booked innova on 15/08/19 to drop off to the airport on 16/08/19 @ 11:30am. My booking has been confirmed by the call center agent and got confirmation booking sms as well and said that will get driver details 30mins before dept. On 16/08/19 @ 11:05am dot cab, hyd supervisor and said unable to provide requested vehicle and they are cancelling the booking and this is completely unacceptable and found very much difficultyb in getting alternate vehicle and we suffered a lot and we are about miss our flight, reached very neck of the moment and was the last passenger to check-in. This is second time happened with me and completely unacceptable this sort of negligence and due to this we suffered a lot twice. I would like to take legal action on dot cabs, hyderabad for this sort of negligence and unprofessional approach..

            I will drag dot cabs to the consumer court and they have to compensate for this act. People will have to catch flight/trains/buses and these guys are playing with this sort o[censored]nprofessional approach and sending message that “ booking has been cancelled by your request” which is very pathetic ...

              Hi,
              Booking numbers I have attached.

              I got booking confirmation and I was waiting for vehicle, on schedule time driver called me and informed that another driver will come.

              I got a message that my booking is cancelled as per my request, it is very surprising. I called customer service why it is cancelled they says they don't have vehicle. I have suffered a lot it is night time, I had to leave my family and come back but could not go.

              Again I got a new message for another booking again I called they said it is mistake.

              I want compensation.

                This is to bring to inform you that dot cabs cancelled customer booking request reference no # b000030. Very disappoingly i got a message stating that "dear customer, your booking ref no: b000030 has been cancelled as on your request"

                This is very unethical way of handling customer, i missed my train due to this way of handling. Also similar kind of incidents i faced with dot cabs in past as well

                If customer doesn't cancel trip within hours of can booking time they are asking customer's to pay penalty.

                In the current scenario i received the call from customer care just before 15 mins which is causing lots of inconvenience.

                I am expecting proper justice and sincerely looking forward towards dot cabs, i want dot cabs to pay penalty to customer now.

                  Worst experience i had ever faced with cab service. I have booked cab from my place to lingampalli railway station before 4 hrs. The operater has sent the confirmation message and told that i will receive a call from the cab driver before 20 mins from the pick up time. These stupids have called 5 mins before and told that they cannot provide cab and has sent a cancellation message to my mobile. They cannot provide services properly and the cost are too high. Rubbish and useless service providers...

                    I booked cab from rtc x roads to airport on 29aug2018. I called to dotcabs they provided me from skycabs number ts09ua2638 driver name shaik siraj ahmed. While going to airport driver didnt take airport flyover he took us for his personal works and when we asked he was saying shortcut its time waste for us. I request you to kindly take action on this issue. Flight will not wait for us when we are not in time to airport. If we miss flight we will loose all our money

                    I booked a cab around 11:30 for 17:00 pickup. After following up from 16:00 I get a cancellation message from for cab around 17:03. This is the third time such thing happens. Worst management ever.

                      Booked innova cab on 25/8 for 27/8 (17.40hrs), city to airport. Booking number was b000004. Informed that driver's details will be sent 20 minutes before.in touch with dotcabs continuously and even 2 hours before. Every time i was told that it will reach in time. Even before 15 minutes when there was no trace of cab, i rang up and dot cabs very coolly said that it would be delayed by 45 minutes. After 45 minutes to our shock they told the booking was cancelled as cabs were not available. I had to run around in the last minute as our us flight departure was approaching. Since there were international suitcases we needed only innova. It was a horrifying experience with dot cabs. Most unreliable cab service one should think twice before booking.

                        I received a call from mobile ‭+[protected]‬ with regards to my Compaint lodge yesterday 28th June 2018 .

                        Booked a cab from Airport to drop at Lakdikapul and your driver reported after 2 hrs and you could see the record the number of calls I have given on 24242424 .

                        In this regards I got a call today and the lady calling from ‭+[protected]‬ telling that what nonsense I am saying when I informed her that I was waiting for more than 2 hrs .

                        She disconnected my call and when I am calling her she is rejecting my calls .

                        I have all the records .

                        I ask the dot people that I’d yjis the way your treat your customers .

                        Forget about drivers late reporting, just see those sitting on a seat to hear customers problem is rude and misbhaviant .

                          I booked a cab on 23rd october, 2017 from bachupally to shamsabad airport through my mobile no. [protected], but the concerned driver did not reach to my pick up point on time which was 5: 00:p. M, instead he started calling 5 minutes to 5 and kept on calling to ask the location till 5:40. Finally, getting worried and irritated, i picked the taxi far away from my home at 5:45 p. M. So, the result was that i missed my flight and therefore i had to book for an another flight and had to spent 6, 500/- for the same to reach delhi which was an extra financial burden for me. Also, i could not attend an important meeting and my salary for 1 day was also cut. I have been using dot cab for the past 6 years, nearly 8 times to go to airport. I have told my plight many times to you since then but i was only given a complaint no. -54721 and no further action is taken to solve the issue. I therefore request you to refund my amount which i had to pay for the new ticket as soon as possible.

                              I booked a cab as per subject booking number 24 hrs in advance. I am sorry to say neither i got the taxi number, cab driver number 20 minutes before pick up time of 4.00 am on 28th july. I called up their executive on [protected] at, 3.53, 3.54 and 4.01 am, in the last attempt i got a response, however the cab did not turn up till 4.15 am. I was to miss my flight scheduled departure at 6.20 am. I again called the same number at 4.22 am, this time the executive did not pick up my call. Ultimately i had to wake up my neighbor to drop me. Thank god i just made it to catch the flight.

                              Very frustrating and disastrous situation yesterday morning. I had a horrible time because of dot cabs management.

                              I have been using dot cabs since my long stay in hyderabad of 7-8 years now. Question is - reliability? Should i continue to take services of dot cabs and face more occasions like this?

                              I am sure you will look into it, take it up promptly and give me a reply immediately.

                                I, mr. B. Uma maheswara rao, booked a cab on 29th may at 7.00am from dammaiguda to necklace road. But on 29th morning, pilot mr. Venkatesh with cab no. Tso7udo783 (Cellno.[protected]) contacted me and informed that he would pick up us only at 6.30am not at 7.00hrs because he got personal work. I informed the same to booking and they arranged alternate cab. But this time pilot of cab mr. Habeeb tayyab with no, ap11y2947 (Cell no.[protected]) refused to picked up because of distance. I told the same to booking but they faced sorry face. Finally i cancelled my trip. This was happened to me thrice. Please i request you to solve this issue because tommorrow someother shourld not suffer like me.

                                  Hi dot cabs,

                                  I have not got any update on the complaint no 51455, its ridicules customer service asked within 24 hrs but its been 2 weeks there is no response form you.

                                  1) driver has not taken proper route and asking passengers for routes
                                  2) driver has not able to calculate what is 10% discount of the amount as forcing to pay full
                                  3) driver made comments while driving when i asked to stop, told to pay 1500
                                  4) when called to customer care no of times the person is not responding to any

                                  We have cross checked the complaint No. 51455 given by you dated: 12th May 2017 and since then we tried to contact you multiple times. However, there was no response on the numbers provided. Later on 31st May 2017, it was already explained to you that the tariff charged (Rs.3375/- after discount it should be: Rs.3037.50) was correct. As discussed, you have paid Rs.3000 to the driver.

                                  However, regarding the other issues/complaints, we are sending him for training and counseling.

                                    I have booked online stating my address as nizampet road. The driver is calling and informing me that your pick up is at JP Nagar, Miyapur. This is the height of irregularity destinations in your site. We paid 675 for drop to kompally which is very very high as well as it got too late. The driver was stipulated to come at 12 45 pm and came to my house at 115 pm. I am sorry to take your cab and pay so much which I will never forget in my life.

                                      On Jan 18 th we have went to dream valley resort. Cab no AP 28Tv 6481. Dc 1475 his name is shankar .afzalgunj to dream valley resort chilkur is maximum 30 km so up and down 60 km.per km he told me 18rs. So 60*18 1080 only but he is showing 92 km how it possible. And he collected me Rs 1770. If we phone call to dotcabs customer means thay are not respond me properly. O think dot cabs is collecting more money and thay are cheating public.

                                        Dot cab is charging usually high rate to the customers. After Ola and Uber introduced in town they provide almost 1/3rd rate of what Dot cab is charging. But few fool customers like me are still relying on Dot cab assuming they are trustworthy. I am sharing my last experience with Dot Cab.

                                        It's just few days before new year, I booked a cab from lingampally to Airport for my Guest. As per tarrif rate I agreed to pay min Rs. 800/- for 40 KM + extra amount for extra kilometer. It's just 39 KM from Lingampally. As my Guest is new to Hyderabad he does not know the route. But the Driver picked up a wrong route and he made the bill of Rs. 1, 000. Not only that he made 1 hour late and it was about to close the check-in. He had to face a lot of trouble because of the driver.

                                        I spoke to customer care and they say their Driver is genuine because as per the GPS he charged the correct amount which is disgusting. In India there is no such better law for customers and such vendors keep cheating their customers.

                                        Now I understood how stupid the whole system of Dot Cab. And I myself is more stupid for using their service. RIP Dot Cab.
