Yesterday I wanted to book a cab from Hyderabad Airport to my place, I had asked Asif an executive at the call center to provide me with the 30KM package that costs Rs.500/-. At first he said yes the package is available please go to the booking desk and book for the same but the booking desk person denied for the mentioned package and spoke with Asif, after speaking with the desk person at Airport Asif turned on his words and started saying that the package is discontinued and I will have to pay as per the meter. When I asked him as to why was he turning from the previous statement he made, he had no answer and cut the call abruptly.
This shows that Dot Cabs needs to teach their customer executive about the way they should be speaking Was this information helpful? |
