We have booked cab on wednesday evening from mangalhat to miyapur and we had medical emergency as our girl was admitted in hospital in miyapur. We got the confirmation of booking but no driver details were provided till 20 mins prior booking time. I called the customer care and asked for the driver details where i have been told the cab will be 15 mins late even though i mentioned that we have medical emergency. My wife also called couple of times to get the details and cab due to the emergency, but the service was so pathetic and the lies were told about the cab availability. After so many follow-ups we got the driver details 15 mins late than the expected time of cab arrival which was even frustrating. But this was not enough, we got a call from driver saying he is 45 mis driving time away and will reach after an hour to make it more pathetic and frustrating experience. Finally in frustration we had to cancel the cab and opt for auto after the worst expereince in our crucial time of requirement. If the cab company couldn't provide prompt service in medical emergency they could have communicated and we would have opted for other transportation option. Please never opt for such a company which is full of lies and doesn't care about the customers. Was this information helpful? |
