Hi dot cabs, I have not got any update on the complaint no 51455, its ridicules customer service asked within 24 hrs but its been 2 weeks there is no response form you. 1) driver has not taken proper route and asking passengers for routes 2) driver has not able to calculate what is 10% discount of the amount as forcing to pay full 3) driver made comments while driving when i asked to stop, told to pay 1500 4) when called to customer care no of times the person is not responding to any Was this information helpful? | |||

We have cross checked the complaint No. 51455 given by you dated: 12th May 2017 and since then we tried to contact you multiple times. However, there was no response on the numbers provided. Later on 31st May 2017, it was already explained to you that the tariff charged (Rs.3375/- after discount it should be: Rs.3037.50) was correct. As discussed, you have paid Rs.3000 to the driver.
However, regarding the other issues/complaints, we are sending him for training and counseling.
