I have booked tayota innova 8 hrs before as we are having huge baggage to airport. I got the confirmation from dot cab booking executive that it’s confirm Tayota innova. But just before 30mins to pick up they haves called and saying we have only sedan. This is very very irresponsible and customer focus less behaviour. Where can I go in the early morning 430am. And later they cancelled the booking.
This is not first time for me. It’s second time. I thought they have improved. But I got to know that they will not improve.
