I was a big fan of dot cab because of there exceptional service. The call center, the cab drivers were very polite. But now a days they have reduced their the quality of service. This time I really had a bad experience with dot cab.
Yesterday night I booked a cab for my relatives
for today 6 am for airport and they confirmed me the fare of 690 for 40km + 15/each extra km for indica. I agreed.
Next, driver came on time. But they sent me verito instead of indica. When I asked driver about that it was 6:15 and he is saying he will leave and another cab will come. How stupid they are who does not understand the value of time. I asked him to carry on the trip as we didn't have time to wait another cab.
Next, called to customer care regarding this. They said pay 690/- indica chargee only. As it was not me but my relatives were traveling, I requested multiple times to their supervisor to inform the driver about the fare so my relatives will not face any issue and the dot cab supervisor agreed. However after reaching airport he asked the extra amount if 163/-. Also I got to know the call center supervisor didn't bother to update to driver.
Before that I had raised another complaint i.e. unless you ask the cab driver does not put a/c on. I had booked a cab for some of my relatives in summer and it was very hot that day. But my relatives didn't know there is AC and the driver also didn't ask or put on the AC.
Now there is no GPS tracking available.
Now I am not happy with dot cab.
