Dot Cabs — No proper information on tariffs

I have booked a dot cab for an package of 2-hour 25 kms from dotcab mobile app and it states 400 rs and extra km charges is 18 rs. There is no where mentioned that this package is not applicable for city outskirts. I have travelled for 26 kms which would cost me 418 rs. But the cab driver costed me 730 rs which is nearly 200 rupees excess amount.
