Dot Cabs — Non availability in spite of booking nearly 24 hours in advance

Bad service by dot cabs yesterday[protected] i needed a cab and i booked it on saturday[protected] booking number [protected]. They did not update me car driver details till the pick up time. Nor did they inform me earlier. When i called up they said they cannot provide service immediately. They gave the details only around 45 minutes after the pickup time and the driver reported another 45 minutes later. By then i lost patience and left by auto.
