Dr Batra's — Double hair fall after hair loss treatment

Went to Dr Batra's Borivali clinic. Had tried their service 7 years back, ended wasting money for me and my son though that time still had some hair and it was just to reduce hair fall. Tried all their oil serum but had other stress and wasn't sure if it worked or how much it did. So last year when things were worse, went again for only free counselling, but ended registering as the doctor convinced and assured of retaining what's left and giving special discount as per them though I kept saying can't afford and a single mother but was assured. Forced to keep trying for three months with no result rather an increase in hair fall and other things happening...so felt just wasting more time, money spending on travelling, waiting for appointment and as now a patient so the doctor hardly has time to hear you. Everytime you call or visit they are in a rush with other patients, new ones to convert may be. Enrolled around September. So finally in December requested to cancel and refund the balance. But Dr sejal said she can't and even if she tried then we will get hardly anything as they would deduct six months total for me and my son as per regular fee which is double so better to try and she assured to change meds etc.. Even courier meds. But when needed never got them and another three months passed changing meds three times a month. Finally asked her to cancel again but same reply and I asked her to transfer my remaining months to son hoping trusting that he gets 1.5 year treatment and saves his hair. But no result. He at young age gone almost bald, depressed, looking for wig and since the time I registered, Dr Batra has given me more stress. I have lost all my hair literally. And they are absolutely useless. Everything is fake and placebo effect. I don't know what to do. Tired for asking help, justice. Stopped treatment meds. Our registration will expire in 4 months and they will pin on the client.. They don't answer your phone, the reception useless, doctors always busy to not speak to you, hear you be it on phone or personally. Once you trust you lose it all. Your money, energy hair and with stress health...how much can someone go to earn money? How much can these business just crush commoners who are stressed and in pain, needy and yet try hard to put their hard earned money for health and in the name of health these people squeeze you.. Why are you guys so inhuman?. We are not asking charity but we are asking some help and giving our trust and money and instead of getting better you end up getting worse. Physically hence mentally. Depressed and losing your health in other aspects because of the added injustice by such buisness specially doctors in the name of treatment and well being. Whom should we turn too? Allopathy with side effects and costly and then this homeopathy useless. Me and my son lost double of what we had when we joined and the stress fatigue immune system got more weak and miserable. We just have to accept and sit with the unfair practices and injustice as am tired. The doctor knows how much me and my son wanted to commit suicide because of this added thing. An extra pinch in my already torn pocket and fallen health. Can anyone hear me? Why people don't write these feedback reviews on their website and only find when they get screwed.. I searched so much for honest feedback but all good positive ones on the known places.. Which made me little hopeful and pushed me to try again assuming they might have got better with their treatments... But got fooled, lost once again.. Can you give my money back? It's few thousands not lakhs... Please.. 22k is too much for a single mother with basic earning and then spent another few thousands to make sure I do best so buy their expensive oil, shampoos conditioner etc and with travelling and what not.. Forget rest. Sorry but yes am a commoner and every rupee counts. A single mother so every effort counts as it is really hard to keep pushing for someone whose not into such fancy things and healing become a need to keep oneself alive so can take care of house and son. It's a vicious cycle that we have stress and hair fall then we stress more for going bald and deteriorating health, fatigue allergies and then you take the stress to find cure, heal then when you feel you found one, forced to be hopeful, have more patience then you end up getting just worse and more stress and that causes impacts triggers all other body parts and functioning. To make one thing right you end up doing ten wrong. So can you be real, human, authentic and have some morality and refund my money? (only one image allowed)
