Dr. Batras — For discontinuation of plan

I purchased a yearly plan from Dr. Batras in branch vaishali which was for hairloss but their medicines and treatment did not meet my expectations so I want to discontinue their plan because I followed their medications for 2 months and
I cant see any result whereas my hairfall become more severe.
so I am expecting for the refund of remaining money. i want the refund of the remaining amount and want them to cancel the the remaining treatment since i made an emi payment through hdfc bank. visited the clinic today and they said no refund like what on earth are them, and why should i pay for the remaining months if i dont want to continue. code- 8273191
