[Resolved] Dr Batra's — I am complaining about refund of my money

My name is suruchi gupta and my patient id is 1029117. I paid 20000rs today for the treatment. And i want to cancel any further treatment from dr batra. So i want my money refunded. I called their customer care and even clininc itself, they are not giving any clear reply and postponding my appointment. Kindly look into this matter. As i want my 20000rs back. Please help me.
