Dr Batra's — Refund for the month I have not taken the treatment

Am vaishnavi pal and i was manipulated into taking the yearly plan of dr batra's vaishali clinic and i have taken the treatment of 2 months now under dr Tulika Jain and since my hairfall is more severe i want to discontinue and want the refund for the remaining months. please look into the matter since my mother doesn't approve of their treatment and i want it to be resolved at the earliest. code-code-8273191
i paid 22000 on 16 june through SAVEIN (PAPER FINANCE)
i even went to the clinic regarding this issue but they are saying they have no refund policy, and they didn't explain this earlier, such a SCAM.
