[Resolved] Dr Batra's — refund of the fees paid by me | |||||
On 23rd oct 2017, i took my wife to dr batra's health clinic at kalyan branch for the treatment of hair fall. After meeting the doctor, i was asked to take one year's course for which i paid rs.13500/- in advance towards the fees for entire year as per their policy by debit card and was given one month's medicine. However my wife discontinued taking those medicines after two days because she was feeling uncomfortable after taking those medicines. So we decided to discontinue their treatment and asked for the refund after deducting medicines and treatment charges for one month. But the doctors at said branch said that refund is not made as per their policy and hence my request (Verbal) for the refund was turned down.
