Dr Batra's — stop the bank emi through bajaj finance

My son gaganendra jena took treatment from dr batra clinic panchsheel park, delhi on july2019. After two months treatment not provide by dr batra clinic. But every month deduct emi through bajaj finance. After so many complain at delhi clinic no result till the date. So request to solve the problem. During lock down period stop to recieve the payment and finish the problem. Otherwise i will take judicially action.
