Sir, i played a contest of rs 575 and my winnings amount got deducted. I just won rs. 625 in winning. After completing this i found that rs 575 had been deducted but now they are showing that you have entered to rs 15 contest.. And my amount rs 575 dedcuted.. Sir please solve this problem... I have two sim card's i use my aircel as major sim. After the aircel steps out.
So i used my bsnl number. I have paytm account in my aircel. I logged in with bsnl. Is that fault... I have only one pan card...
Unblock my cash reward. This is not a clear way to block a geniune.
And i have been uploaded my pan thrice but it wont accept. What can i do?

I have to delete my dream 11 account as i have mistakenly mentioned my email id as [protected]@gmail.com instead of [protected]@gmail.com. So i request you to delete the accounts created by the above stated email ids. Kindly delete the accounts as soon as possible. I understood the difficulty in using multiple email ids and i will be using a single email id in the future for such purposes. Expecting a quicker response from your side.

It would be nice if you suspend these two accounts. I assure that both accounts were used by me. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible so that I can have a single account with everything verified and all in place. Check these accounts of you want to. I haven't played much. Just one contest in an account. Afterwards only I've found that we can withdraw our winnings of we verify our email and mobile number. So suspend these accounts even though I've winnings in it.

I am not able to invite my other friends and this looks really bad.
Kindly unblock it. I have not done any fair play voilation. If somehow i did any voilation please role back that.

Sir, my complaint is regarding cheating in playing fantasy cricket in dream11. Today (23april 2018), the ipl match is b/w dd vs xxip. A person name rockstar100bv is on top of rs 29 contest. He has made plunket (Dd bowler) as his captain. It is shocking that how someone can make his fantasy team captain a bowler who has not played a single match before in ipl 2018. I think either that person is cheating or dream 11 is compromised or fake. Please give your attention towards it. Thanks

I got 100 cash bonus when I joined dream 11 but I can utilize only 10 then rest is in blocked state. I have submitted my pancard, bank account details several times but after few days the same msg will come. Unable to refer Friends, that is also blocked and showing same msg. Pls do needful on urgent basis. The customer care should be infomative and helpful. But unfortunately dream 11 showing the same msg again and again, and not providing a solution for this problem

When I open the link ' https://bit.ly/2qjgaYw ' it only has some predefined options nothing related to my query. Further to that if I move forward and any how manage to find a way to write my query that is registering only under the main option you have provided. I am attaching the images.

If you people really feel to assist then pls don't give this kind of links. U have my contact details,
and that is more than enough to provide a solution. But that will happen only when you feel to solve the issue, not when you tried to escape from the query by giving some links

Other is with gaurav. Srivastava. [protected]@gmail.com, mobile number and email id is verified.

Now i am not able to further verification because of two accounts. If i proceed to verify pan with other account error coming pan card already verified. Same case is with mobile no and email id for other account

Hi dream11 team.. I'm unhappy of your service you have written in hlep menu that to unblock' the cash bonus and refferal I have to go to- ME-MY ACCOUNT and click on the 'how to unblock'. But their is no that kind of button so... Please help out how to unblock' and yes one thing why I am blocked, any reason please, it was my firstday to play and you blocked me and that also I have only one official account I play...So please be supportive and help me out with this as soon as possible,

My bank account got deducted with three successful transactions of ₹ 57 but didn't joined the contest and also dream11 account is not showing up my money deposited. I want refund of my money or otherwise i will report this app and ask my bank to do so that they can change back the amount.

I didn't do any fairplay violations and my bonus money got blocked .The app shows me no way o[censored]nblocking the violations .And I can't even contact the dream 11 app.please do look into the matter

I haven't used my pan card till date for anything except to link it to my bank account, i sent you guys a mail too but no response.
I actually don't know what happened down there, two possibilties
1. Verification incharge's mistake.
2. Somehow my pan details went in but trust me i never uploaded it personally in dream11

Myself palash sanyal. My dream11 id palash. [protected]@gmail.com. I have already given my pan and account no 10 day's ago but as per your information pan card verify within 2-5 days. My pan card and account status show waiting for review. I have not received any notification for my pan card verification it has any error or request decline.

I submitted my pan card details my date of birth will automatically changed as 23/05/1992 but I entered 23/06/1992...in my profile also it will changed as 23/05/1992...how I will verify my pan card and my account details...if any customer care no is there means pls give it to me...
