I had withdraw the 500 rupees on 19th october 2017. But in my app it was showing that withdrwal is failed. Why it is failed??

Actually i played contest of rs 575 where winning price was 1000.. Against vikas maan.. Match was interperated by rain.. And my whole team was not able to participate... So, in rule also it has been written that betting will continued even if it rains or after dls method... And please considered logically that how can u decide a winner even the match over was reduced... I took part in contest by not considering rain and i made virat captain and he didnt played his full inning... It means that after 2 ball of inning it start raining and then u will choose the winner... Please consider my issue and solve it so, that can i use and trust this app.. As i was having faith till now
