Dear sir/madam, my name is jaya krishna, im registered with [protected]@gmail.com, in dream 11. I played fairly and won up to 400. So i with draw a 200 rupees, submitted my pan, bank account details original then after 6 hours 57 rupees were nullified and my account deactivated. I'm surprised and contacted them with contact us section. After 1 day they replayed as "gamer who invited you have violated our fairplay policy. Hence we wont'be able to re-instate your account".
But i'm not invited by anyone, i didn't get joining bonus also. Same thing i mailed them but they are not responding from 2 days. So look at them i have a doubt on them.

My app was working properly.. Was playing fairly... Even won few small amounts.. Even i had verified all of my details..
But suddenly i wasn't able to play any match...
So i decided to try logging in again..
But it says that my account has been suspended
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible

I added my pan card on 9-10 April and it was written that i will be verified my card before 14th April but date is continuously increased by 2-3 day and now it is showing that my pan card will be verified before 25th April.
so i want to say you that please resolve my problem.So make it verify as soon as possible and add cash bonus as per rule.
