Hello my dream 11 id Abhimak7065 and mob no. [protected]. today i deposited 10000/- rs in dream 11 cash account but unfortunately IPL matches cancelled due to covid 19. now when i want to withdraw my amount then withdrawal is available on only winning amount. So at the time of adding cash i don't know about the cancellation of IPL matches because that time all matches shown on dream 11.
and now i don't want to play any other matches rather than IPL matches. I tried many time to connect on help desk many times but no response was given by your side. So please refund my added cash 10000/- in my credit card or my account as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved Now I got message for refund and it will be credited into my account but my little suggestion for dream 11 that if u can update ball by ball points then u have to work on ur help desk for quick response because still there is no update regarding my query which was updated on app and after tweet I got mail regarding this.
So please improve ur help desk section.

Updated by Abhishek25301 I received mail after registering complain here and then I got mail for resolution. I also checked on dream 11 request platform which has been given by your app but still there is no update on app regarding complain. So i[censored] are able to update ball by ball status so u have to work on ur help desk also for quick revert ans updation.
