As per the dream 11 account statement, i withdraw 493 on 8.11.20 as per the users rights.The said amount withdrawal intitatited by dream 11 on 08.11.20, i got one registered confirmation mail from dream 11.But on 9.11.20 dream 11 wrongly capture that amount and without any proper information they cancel my eligible 493 indian rupee..when i chk dream11 account statement credit and debit tallying but robbered amount not credit to my account . kindly do the needful

Updated by Jith537 already submitted grivenace also.but no response..u delineate robbered my account money .i can prove it relevant deeam11 mail alos.last 22 hour i queried with this fraud activity dream11.no response.On drem 11 no customer care number .only help us menu ...there is no further communication system... kindly see attached emails send from my side.no reply yet.no response on my eligibile 493 withdrawal.its already intitatited by dream11, they informed me with mail.but its cancelled and my wining credited to drem 11 account with foul paly rules..see the attachment, i send these query using above said options by dream11 ..nk reply...this is fully customer cheating.see last attachment, that amount not credited to my account, same amount dream11 team deliberately robbered from my account.its fully foul and fradulant activities

Updated by Jith537 No rectification yet.Regarding this query 2428835, I again demanded my eligibile account money, if you again argued its fair play violation Kindly delte my account permanently.i filed it consumer court on monday .As per your communication this is the only forum for communicating with dream11.So here i request you to delte my account permanently, with all ckyc data submitted by me.Because as normal user, i lost trust in your system.hence as indian i am worried about my account details attached with dream11.because u robbered our money...So delte all data and no need of futher communication like message s and emails from your side.If any dream 11 ads appearing on my phone i move another case with trai...so kindly activate dream Dnd to my account..its request mail from my authorised mail.Kindly do the needful.
